I would definitely recommend this clinic to my family and friends, they are all amazing! Front desk staff, she is so welcoming and friendly every time I come in for my appointment and she is absolutely a perfect example for a great costumer service. I’ve been seeing Victor for my physio and he’s been incredibly awesome, so helpful and supportive since day 1 showing me different types of exercises, technically skilled and knowledgeable. Also, I’ve been seeing Elmer for massage, he has helped my recovery so much from my back pain and not just that but he is so approachable and easy to talk to. 10/10!!!
I was in a motor vehicle accident. My insurance sent me to max ballerina for physiotherapy. If it wasn’t for Christine and Alan I don’t think I would be doing so well. They are 100% amazing and if I had to do it over again, I would choose max ballerina, 100% the team is amazing
I drive from south of Okotoks for appointments because the treatment here is really good. I see Lana and she is absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, and personable. Nothing worse then if you can’t relate to someone who is treating you. Thanks Lana. Also they have been very accommodating thus far with scheduling which is also a bonus.
Great place. Amazing Physiotherapist s. They all take your injuries and concerns to heart. Been going there since 2014. Barb has been my physiotherapist and I ve been seen by others like John. But they are all great people. Would recommend it to other people.
There are not enough words to express how much I appreciate everyone at Lifemark Physiotherapy Max Bell. Just the very best physiotherapists and kinesiologists in the business. Barb, John, my man Gavin and Lana as well as the rest of the team held my hand shoulder and knee and helped me through the most devastating injury of my life. They were patient, understanding, compassionate and to say that they made a profound difference in my life would be a spectacular understatement… I can’t imagine how my quality of life would be diminished without their persistent and devoted efforts. I highly recommend Lifemark Max Bell for their skill, empathy, dedication, and professionalism. I owe them a deep debt of gratitude for helping me heal and get back on my feet.
Have been going to Lifemark at Max Bell for almost a year now after having nerve release surgery for carpal tunnel on both hands along with other nerve issues in both arms. John has been the most important part of my recovery both with pre AND post surgeries. It is hard to find a good physiotherapist who is knowledgeable on musculoskeletal issues both with understanding of the pain you are in and how to help. The staff at Max Bell are very pleasant to deal with and I Highly recommend seeing John for all your Physiotherapy needs. He understands how your current pain affects your work, life and everything in between and will definitely get you on the road to recovery.
Barb Morrison has been so helpful with my type of injury. She is so kind and patient while showing me different techniques that will enable me to use while dealing with a serious workplace injury. Thank-you Maxbell Lifemark !!!
Everyone is very attentive and appeasing and extremely well mannered ....Lana has been respectful and personally has taken my ongoing healing journey to a level i did think possible ....im extremely grateful
I started going to Lifemark Max Bell in Q1 of this year to receive physio treatments for my shoulder and I would highly recommend Barb Morrison for her specialty and overall treatment. Right from the start, her initial approach in assessing my current status and providing goals of care in terms of what to possibly expect in the coming months is very organized. Thus far, my regular treatments with her has been consistent and the services included for every appointment is great quality. It includes an assessment, a hot pack for my back and/or shoulder to get ready for the appointment, stretching/massaging the injured muscles and monitoring my progress in completing at least one set of the existing and/or new exercises for the week. It’s worth going there. Barb and her team members are dedicated and committed in providing excellent care. Thank you for your continued assistance.
Friendly staff. Been going there for some recovery from an accident. Place has been under construction entire time, so a little cluttered. But I would recommend my physiotherapist.
