I started coming here 3 months ago. I work with the physiotherapist Mark, he is good at what he does. He did a very thorough examination at first. He pays great attention to form and changes exercises regularly depending on need. Most of the changes to strength and balance exercises had made a lot of difference for me. OB at the reception was great at changing my appointments, changing schedules & very pleasant to deal with. I definitely recommend this place and Mark. They care.
I was rear-ended in a car accident and developed some stiffness and soreness. My GP recommended physio. Mark at Momentum Deerfoot did an assessment and had me in for regular physio appointments. He was extremely helpful in both giving me exercises to maintain, as well as active treatment that relieved the pain. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting long lasting health and results! I also saw Megan for massage! She’s got magic hands! Really helped me to relax the tense muscles and release the knots! She does a great job and is very thorough and professional!
I’ve been coming here for about 3 months. It truly has been a wonderful and supportive experience. For the first time, my pain and fears have truly been heard and valued which is reflected in my treatment plan. I’ve enjoyed working with Mark and Dan. Mark has been extremely attentive and provided me with individualized treatment. He is present for the entire appointment either teaching or monitoring your exercises, providing treatment, and education. Dan has been providing me dry needling which has been immensely helpful in my recovery. He is very careful to check in on your comfort during and after treatment. They are both amazing. The staff are super helpful and have been able to accommodate getting me same day appointments on multiple occasion. Highly recommend this clinic!
I have been going to Megan for massage since September and I can’t say enough good things! She is the best massage therapist I have ever been to. She does so much more than just massage out the knots, she really focuses on problem areas for you and has so many techniques for helping relax and recover your muscles. I can say with confidence she gives the best massage I have experienced and she is super fun to talk to so that’s a bonus! The girls at the desk are also so kind and welcoming! They always greet you by name and make entering the clinic feel warm and inviting!!
I came in and saw Mark and Safia a collaborative Physio and Kin team and they were fantastic! They got me feeling better in just a few sessions after I had been experiencing some debilitating pain. I have also seen Russ for Physio on my knee, who is equally as great and enjoys laughing with me as I get needle treatments! which is something I do for whatever reason the laughter reaction to needles The whole team is extremely knowledgeable and attentive and truly care about your well-being. Megan at the front desk is always very helpful and pleasant! Overall, I really recommend Momentum Health Deerfoot as everybody I’ve encountered there so far has exceeded my expectations!
I’ve been seeing Megan for massages since January 2021 as a way to promote self care. She is not only professional but also great fun to talk to which always makes things enjoyable. She always makes sure to focus on problem areas and emphasizes client-centred care. The reception team is also always welcoming, accommodating, and they provide that personal touch that always makes it nice to come back. On a more personal level, the team reached out to me to provide support during a very difficult time end of 2022. It was heartwarming and much appreciated. Mark, our physiotherapist was absolutely amazing!! My son sprained his ankle playing sports and months later it was still bothering him to the point he couldn’t play for his competitive soccer team anymore. Mark spent time with him on a weekly basis for a few weeks and drew up a plan for him to also work on his ankle at home and now he is 100% pain free!! Mark made my shy son feel comfortable during his visits and helped him so much! Even on our last visit, my son had strained his neck sleeping awkwardly one night and one visit with Mark fixed him right up! I highly recommend Momentum Health Deerfoot! Thanks so much to Mark and the very friendly reception staff who always made our visits enjoyable!
Right from reception to therapy session my experience with Momentum Health has been exceptional. Mark is my therapist and I have only great things to say about him. He is caring and can easily pivot to a different exercise that may be more helpful for me. It is very refreshing to have a physio session that feels tailored to my specific needs. I would highly recommend Momentum Health and Mark as a therapist.
This is a brand new facility located in NE Calgary.l have been going there for four months and found it to be an extremely nice experience.from the receptionist to the physiotherapist who worked with me. Rebecca designed a program for me which was age appropriate for someone with severe arthritis. She is extremely professional and well organized. Your program is made for you and you are encouraged to exercise at home. All the Covid protocol has always been followed. This is a pristine facility with lots to offer.
Highly Recommend********** I know Mr. Mark Taylor at Momentum Health Clinic for almost 1 year. He is a very good person, honest, and has expertise in any kind of Physio, Chiro, Massage, Acupuncture, Glad Program, etc. When I meet with him the first time just for some good advice and assessment. it was just an unexplainable friendly attitude from him, paper to paper easier explanation, making easier solutions for any kinds of injuries problems, give huge time with client, excellent knowledge & gave very good advice for future exercises purposes which I didn’t hear before from any other Physiotherapist. ***** I’m really satisfied by his cooperation every time with me. And highly recommend it for any kind of Physiotherapy related consultancy purposes.
