I visited LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services this morning for the first time and had a great experience overall.nSince most nearby locations are closed on weekends, it was really convenient to find this place open. They made the whole process quick and easy — everything was handled within just a few minutes.nThe staff, particularly the ladies at the front, were very friendly and welcoming. The space itself is clean and comfortable.nThe only thing to be aware of is parking — make sure to pay for a ticket, otherwise you may receive a fine. It would be wonderful if the parking were free or more accessible for patients, as that would make the experience even more seamless.nHighly recommend for anyone needing quick and efficient lab services, especially on weekends!
I had a very good experience based on the appointment time I was given. My test was done right on time without any delay. The environment was very peaceful and calm, and the staff were extremely kind, respectful, and professional. I truly appreciated the excellent service and warm behavior.
I had a great experience during my bloodwork appointment. Aeyell was very professional, gentle, and efficient. She explained the process clearly, made me feel comfortable, and the blood draw was quick and almost painless. I really appreciated her friendly attitude and attention to detail. They are quick, friendly and professional. I love coming here for my test because I know I'll have amazing service. They are so experienced in blood taking, I never leave with any bruises. I can't say the same from other places including the ER.
I had a very positive experience at LifeLabs Rexall- Eglinton. The team was friendly and professional, and the process was smooth from check-in to blood draw. Mary Ann/Mylene sorry forgot name, who assisted me, was especially kind, gentle, and very polite, she made the experience much more comfortable. I truly appreciate the level of care and hope to see the same consistency across all visits.
