I got there at 8:20 walk in on Sunday with only 4 people, only waited 20 minutes. Very quick. It got really packed with no seats about 8:40 am. Small facility and a lot of people query. You need a health card and blood form. Go early!
Worst experience ever, went there for routine full blood work, rude desk personnel , ripped the rubber band into my arm hair and pulled out a patch of hair, didn't even say sorry, overstretched my arm, then yanked the needle in my muscle!!! And started moving it around. When I asked what she is doing sassed back if I want my blood drawn. After responding yes I do but by a person that can hit my vein. Then the nurse didn't patch me up and left me. On my own I had to patch up myself. Blood dripping out of my arm. Merry Christmas.
I would give zero stars if I could. The service is horrendous! I made an appointment, but when I arrived, the staff told me they couldn't do all the tests required for my doctor's appointment. They could however do some test, but when I returned with a required sample, they refused it because I didn’t have a form which they never told me was required. After driving home to get the form, they then said they couldn't accept the sample because I didn't do the other tests the ones they originally said I couldn’t do. The staff can barely speak English. Please stay away from this LifeLabs, the staff here are completely incompetent.
Awful service, I spent an hour in the line to place specimens in the fridge! Staff doesn’t care about clients at all and keep doing their own staff, as drinking tea or walking back and forward.
