Some of the staff here were very rude to me. Especially one of them, who shouted at me for making an honest mistake. I arrived around 730am for my blood work, and the reception asked me what time I ate last and I answered her “7pm last night”. With this she wrote down “last ate 12 hours ago”. Maybe 10 minutes later, I was called into the room and right before the staff was about to take my blood. I remembered that I had actually last ate at 8pm last night. So I told the lady about to take my blood, I had mistakenly said 7pm at reception, when it was actually 8pm and asked her if there would be any issue with an hour difference. With this statement, she yelled at me saying that I wasted her time, that she had to go to reception and change everything and continued yelling at me unnecessarily. It would’ve taken her less than a minute to take 2 steps to reception and change the information…nI don’t know if she had issues the past night or anything, she should not be taking out her anger on a client me in this case. Especially when it’s the first thing in the morning, I’d understand if she had a long day or whatever, but it was the 1st hour…The other thing I want to point out is the general service. I visit this clinic, which happens to be in my neighbourhood, whenever I need to. Most of the staff are NOT as rude as this HORRIBLE and obviously miserable lady, but they aren’t friendly either. This is a health clinic, patients come here to get tested and make sure they’re ok, the environment is supposed to be more welcoming.
The first technician failed to locate the vien at the child's arm and did not manage to take the blood. Very painful and unprofessional. Yes, after that all the staff was very patient and gave the child enough time to calm down but the first experience was awful!nAfter the child calmed down, the second technician easily and quickly did the blood test.nTo sum up - very unprofessional behaviour of the first lady! There is no room for unuccessful attempts when you are working with the small kids. If you are not sure that you can do the test from the first attempt - ask your colleagues for help without torturing the child.
Worst experience ever. Staff is rude and impatient. I booked 10:15 appointment however I came too early then being put in the walk-in client line, and was told walk in client has to wait 45 minutes after 40 minutes. It changed to one hour, then when I asked they gave me back the paper ask me to come back at my appointment time, which is another hour after. Why can’t they tell me when I come I could have gone somewhere else earlier.
Definitely will not come back to this location! There are so many locations available. Worst, rude staff i ever encounter in so many lab i visited. Why you keep this kind of staff or do they have a proper training to handle their job? Like her face ugly attitude! Sorry for my word but this is how i compare the service!
I had worst experience in this locationnNot sure some body take it seriously or not but there is a nurse Marcia which is so rude and impolite. She doesnt know how to talk with patients and in one hour waiting i had, 3 patients was angry from her attitude, Some body needs to teach her some basic lessons,nReally sorry for manager of this location if any exists in this location
