I recently visited the ULTRASOUND DEPARTMENT located at 491 Lawrence Avenue West on September 18, 2024 at 4:00 PM was my appointment, and I couldn’t be more impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional.nnThe receptionist KRISTAL greeted me promptly and with a warm smile, making the check-in process seamless. Their quick response to my inquiries was incredibly helpful, setting a positive tone for my visit.nnThe ultrasound staff were equally impressive. They were not only knowledgeable but also made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly stood out.nnOverall, I highly recommend this clinic for anyone in need of ultrasound services. The combination of a friendly reception and skilled technicians creates an excellent patient experience.nnThank you for the fantastic care!nNL
Today was my experience with Dr. Devika. She is really a kind doctor and her treatment is really wonderful. She is a doctor at a very high level in her dealings. I do not know how to describe to you her beautiful treatment and her wonderful work. Also, the entire staff is wonderful and the way of dealing, explaining and helping.
My only complaint is that the needle went too deep, and after the process it got bruises, making me unable to raise my arm. Wonder if I can take legal action. Honestly, my experiences with this laboratory are bad, not just this location. They need to be trained properly; how can they even be accepted?
Had a very disappointing experience at this LifeLabs location. The male technician was unprofessional and rushed through the blood draw procedure. The process was unnecessarily painful and left me with a visible bruise. This is in stark contrast to my positive experiences at other LifeLabs centers. I hope management addresses these issues to improve patient care and maintain the standards I've come to expect from LifeLabs.
I've been to this location multiple times for blood work and the service has always been great - quick, efficient, painless!
