This is now LifeLabs. It is best to book an appointment in their website, so you won't have to wait for a while as a walk-in, in case they are fully booked for the day. They are located on the 2nd floor and an elevator is available just beside the stairs as you enter the building left side. My appointment is supposed to be 10:15am, but I arrived 45mins. late because I left my purse. Although late, I was still attended in less than 5mins., very quick service, clean facility and the staff are very accommodating. Bear in mind that some test needs fasting for 8-10hrs., ask your physician ahead or the facility.
I never do negative reviews just to be fair but this branch deserves it. Stressful. I had a request from my doctor for 2 tests. I went to this branch to have it done. I confirmed the tests to the one assisting me because I need the 2. But, they still FORGOT to do the other one. I just found out when I received the result from my doctor’s clinic. I called their hotline number, they said someone will call me from the branch. Someone did call me back from the branch and said to come back for it. I confirmed that if I tell them my name in the branch, will they be able to backtrack that it was the missing test. She said yes. I went back to the branch, they don’t know anything because they said they don’t have the request. I’m trying to explain what happened, then they started getting angry and speaking loudly that they cannot do it because they don’t keep requests there for 2 weeks. They cannot find it. I don’t know why they need to DISRESPECT you when they did the mistake in the first place. When they finally FOUND IT, they never apologize!! Very rude people. Don’t go here if you don’t want STRESS.
Had the very best experience with BLEIN. I have a very difficult vein and she did mine one shot only. Blein is very nice, will keep you comfortable the whole time, she combines professionalism with care.
This location works efficiently- staff are always nice. Hope to have the same good experience each visit. Beware this location is small and usually very busy.
The lady who took my blood test was so patient, kind and gentle. It was super quick too, in and out. Took her maybe 5 minutes MAX. Waiting in the lobby didn't take too long either, maybe 10 minutes. Great Lifelabs location, would recommend
