They give u a wait time on board and it just keeps adding time ...said 40min when I arrived at 10 and now it's 11 and says 58 min wait!!! One person taking blood and waiting room is full. U can't book a time slot online. Terrible service. Choose another lab!!!
Today friday was my first time visiting this clinic and I am completely satisfied with the service. I got there at 7:25 am and I was the 10th person. By 8:10 am all of my blood work was done painlessly. The staff was nice and kind, and the place seemed clean.
This was my first time visiting this clinic and I was thoroughly impressed. I walked in at 8am to an extremely full waiting room and by 8:40 I had completed all of my bloodwork. The staff was lovely and they run an extremely efficient operation. Thank you to this wonderful team!
Very clean and organized.nNowadays, year 2020, especially pandemic, book your request on their website.nI should have done it also, booking online, I noticed people will get ahead of me as they had booked online.nWhich is great, people don’t have to line up in the cold winter.
The lady at the reception is very rude. She yells at people and has no people skills. She was very disrespectful to a patient who was asking nicely about her wait time.nBe ready the wait time can be more than 2 hours.
