First and LAST time booking here. Appointments mean nothing anymore apparently the walk ins got in faster than I did with my appointment. Receptionist was cold and unprofessional, did not acknowledge me for 5 minutes then was quick to dismiss me to sit down. Nurse who did my blood was nice enough. Still, will not be booking here again.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could.nnThe woman with dark roots and blonde hair at the front is very rude and unprofessional. As people walk in she ignores them and continues to do paper work. She does not even acknowledge as people are standing there - sometimes for 5 minutes. Then when it’s your turn she barely looks up and seems like she is upset that we are there. She clearly hates her job and takes it out on the patients. She needs to either find another job as you can tell she does not like anyone.nnI kindly asked her for a receipt and she barked - it will be in the cubicle when you go in as if I was supposed to know that. Then I had an appointment and she put my file in the same pile as the walk ins. Why bother make an appointment.nnI just don’t understand why people wake up and decide to be so unpleasant and mean to everyone.nnStay away from this place as dealing with her is not worth it. Other clinics are much better!
Smelly hallways, mold on walls. Unprofessional staff, I called before my appointment to confirm that I can print the requisition from there, they said yes. When I arrived, I was told the printer was down and they’re not responsible to print anything, they didn’t have to be rude about it! Had to leave to print it. Asked to drive back for a receipt for my insurance, apparently emailing it isn’t an option
I have had the best experience with life labs lakeshore branch . The practitioner has done her job very well. I having a phobia for needles , i always faint during the blood work , but this time was smooth .
Absolutely disgustingnTechnician was greatnHowever bathroom is disgusting, another persons possibly infected urine was on the seat and when I asked for a cleaner test room girl at front handed me wipes and told me to clean it! Going to make a complaint to life lab.
