Walked, strolled around with a great budget. Saw many sales staff and not one came over, headed straight over to the competitor and was greeted at the door.

I was approached by a woman salesperson within 10min and when she asked what i was looking for she said nothing, pointed in the direction of where it was and went on to a different couple. Not long after a very kind very knowledgeable young man came along and wanted to help any way he could. Problem is the damage was done. They had only 1 to choose from for what i was looking for and it was way overpriced. Errol not come back and will not recommend to anyone

Poor customer service, will not return anything purchased from another store. Moved up here from Toronto, had a microwave to return that was apparently below cost. They would only offer store credit, and that was a fight to get. Going to furnish the new house at the Brick.

The staff and selection at Leon's is outstanding. We were also surprised to learn that they carry some high quality Canadian-made furniture that caused us to purchase our entire appliance and living room furniture package from them. Pricing was also competitive, and we did a lot of shopping around. Great job guys, we'll be back.

I was recently in the Owen Sound store with my mother, and we were helped by Julie Zeleny. I'm very wary of salespeople in general, but from the moment she approached us she was helpful, and most importantly she listened to our needs. She wasn't trying to make a quick sale for the sake of a sale, and she went out of her way to make sure my mother was happy and had exactly what she needed. She was incredibly knowledgeable and honest and she did everything in her power to accommodate my mother's needs as well as her schedule (regarding delivery of the mattress). I don't leave reviews unless I'm very impressed or very disappointed, and obviously in this case it was the former rather than the latter. Thank you for everything, Julie!
