I don’t usually leave reviews, but this store has been getting frustrating. Every time I come in, it feels like a struggle to get help. You can flag someone down, but half the time they just point you in a direction and disappear, or say they’ll send someone and nobody ever shows up.nnThe auto service department has been the biggest headache. Prices never seem to line up with what I was expecting, and I’ve had a couple of visits where they suggested work that felt unnecessary. Even basic things end up taking longer than they tell you.nnInventory is another issue — the website will say something is in stock, I drive over, and it turns out they either don’t have it or can’t find it. Returns also take forever, and the staff don’t always seem sure what to do.nnI live nearby so I’ve tried to give this place a fair chance, but it just feels poorly run and understaffed. I keep hoping it’ll improve, but lately it’s been more hassle than anything.nnPS: in response to your very generic probably automated response to my concerns, no I will not call your 800 number so I can waste my time instructing you how to run a store. I’m certain the owner is very well aware of how poorly this store is managed. It’s just a matter of whether or not anything will be done about it. I have low expectations in this matter.

they don't follow the website directions to products in the store and the staff are obliviously uninterested. don't let it upset you after running around looking aimlessly for something that's been put in a totally different location in the store... they'll threaten to kick you out for upsetting you in the first place. totally could care less about customer service. luckily there's a Home Hardware on the other less lazy side of town! maybe they expect you not to come in at all? if you have disabilities like me, stay clear. as you can see by all the generic responses, here, from owners and CT, they could care less.

I was in the store and had to use the ladies room. I was told I had to exit the store and enter the service entrance to automotive and use the washroom. Are you kidding me? So if I have a cart full I have to abandon it and leave the store and enter a different door use the washroom and then find my cart? What about the elderly and handicapped and mothers with children. Ice rain snow etc. What about the staff? Head office needs to investigate this. I was so disgusted I bought nothing and left. I was no longer in the mood to shop. Horrible customer care. I understand this is the managers decision. Perhaps 50 women should go shopping and abandon their carts this christmas and line up in the snow outside to use the washroom.

Excellent customer service from Nick at the service department. Came in with a flat tire issue and he was able to squeeze me in to have it taken care of right away! Can’t thank him enough!

The automotive section is completely separate from the store you can see it, but they've added an alarmed barricade and then outside they've completely blocked the sidewalk with stuff for sale. So you have to walk on the roadway. It's a terrible set up for people with mobility issues.
