Canadian Tire

I love the owen sound location. Nothing but good experience with staff doing my purchases and returns if needed. The auto shop actually caught an issue on my vehicle when I went in for a simple wiper blade change. It being a new vehicle and the issue being a bolt came off my tire I was in a tough spot. They didn't hesitate to put it on the hoist and help me out. Really nice guys they are.

Someone should look into this place. I got my winter tires put on and they made me replace 10 lug nuts @ about $6 each, that's $60 on top of the switching tires. (I notice in another review the did the same to someone else)Then I just went there recently to have an oil change that cost me $86!!! They said I needed special oil, I don't care how special the oil is, I've never paid that for an oil change ever. Will not be back again. Since they were doing my expensive oil change anyway I asked them to check why my check engine light came on they told me I'd have to make an hour long appointment for $90+ just to check it. Called somewhere else and they do it for FREE!!! Also every time I see something on sale on their website and it says there are 1 or 2 available at their store with an aisle #, I go there and no one can ever find the item.

Used their online ordering and received at our local store 10 days earlier than anticipated; in and out of store within 5 minutes. Great service
