Make sure to confirm with the service department as they are actually amazing, I have been able to have a smoother process thanks to the outstanding job of the service department. Mark was very good and helped me with all my concerns, especially at being able to navigate through the nightmare I call it, an absolute disaster when it comes to organizing. I order online and my orders are never prepared right. I really hope that the people working there are treated better because I see how hard they work doing multiple jobs trying to correct the other departments errors. Thanks to service it has has made a difference for my detailing company.

Purchased 4 steel rims to have winter tires put onto. They proceed to take off the summer tires and put the winters on the aluminum rims. When I saw this I reminded them of the steel rims. They then can only find 2 of the 4 rims. Finally get that figured out and when I got home I find they didn't put the summer tires back on the rims.nnApparently it's my wife's fault for not telling the service department what they needed to do when she dropped off the car.

Young AA man on cash till #1 at 9 a.m. on Friday Nov 22nd was extremely rude. I realize everyone has a bad day but there is no reason to be so rude and abrupt when a customer smiles and says “good morning”. I will think twice about returning to the Owen Sound store.

The A/C in our 2016 Highlander was not working. We were originally told both rear lines were leaking. $2,500 in parts alone and they were on back order. I had to ask if the lines could be plugged this was not offered as a less expensive solution. Yes, they could and this was done for $850. No good. Total of 5 trips back and we were told maybe it was the evaporator core and another $1,100 to fix. Took it someplace else and spent another $500 to fix it right the first time! Initial plugs installed by Canadian Tire were leaking!!! A/C works fine now. We could have spend that additional $1,100 and it wouldn't have solved the problem. Can't believe the incompetent service we received!

Customer service is really bad. I had an experience thrice already with the same staff on customer service/cashier and he still treats customers the same way. I don't know if it was just because I'm an Asian or what but three encounters were just too much. He never smiled and he also talked rudely. He shouldn't be facing customers if he treats us that way. He can probably be better at the back office. If not for him, a 4/5 star rating probably would be given due to the fact that OTHER staff were indeed helpful and polite. Btw, he is Eddie. I hope managers will look into this as other reviews also said the same thing on their customer service.
