I can't believe this company has kept going for so long. The staff in the Owen Sound store are anything but pleasant to deal with; they are rude, patronizing and unhelpful. I guess they are all miserable as they are soon to be unemployed.

I don't remember a time when Sears was relevant, it was certainly long ago, my mother would shop there all the time, but in my adulthood it was for a while baby gear, children's clothes and appliances, then just bits of audio tech, shoes and gloves, and then... nothing worth the bother. The wishbook that my kids' grandma used to get wishes for Christmas became a chore to find anything, then a chore to return mistakes, then a chore to pick up, and then no longer. It wasn't grandma who got old, it was Sears. I can't even contemplate doing such with my grandson, and I'm hard pressed to say what happened and why that can't be. Sears could have been Amazon, but didn't.

Could not pervide us with trial run for Mattriss due to shutting down business.
Not much in sale yet.

We shop at Sears on a regular basis. Always a good selection of product. My wife also gets her hair done at the Hair Studio.  Great service there.
