Not happy with the service in the store today. Was trying out bikes for a good 20 minutes and not one sales person offered to help us out. Will not be coming back for our bike needs.

Staff is always friendly and available to help; I've visited many times and had different associates help me and always the customer service is stellar. Pulling multiple boxes of shoes for my children in various sizes- always checking back in to see how they like the fit and style and offering suggestions or substitutions when needed.
