The UPS Store

These guys (specifically the Owen Sound branch) offer probably some of the worst service that I have ever seen. They don't contact you before attempting deliveries or even give you an estimated delivery time (which leaves you wasting an entire day waiting for them). They make no attempt to redeliver missed packages on the same day (even when they're only missed by 5-10 mins). They also are rude, unhelpful, and even blatantly lie to you when contacted over the phone for help. I was so upset that I asked to file a complaint and the woman I spoke with denied giving me any information at first. Eventually she did give me some contact information, but immediately afterwards she told me off and then angrily hung up.

The Owen Sound team provided excellent, professional support - with efforts way beyond what a "more colorful" courier service would offer. Thank you all who were helping me!

We had a major proposal to deliver in Owen Sound for a 2 pm deadline today. I noticed that we had left out a key schedule in the printed material as my colleague was delivering our submission from Toronto. I called Bill at the Owen Sound UPS store from Mexico where I was working. Bill helped my colleague download the schedule I sent via email, print it, and submit the updated proposal before the deadline. It wasn't the size of the printing job that impressed us. It was his flexibility and willingness to help under tight time constraints. When I need off-site printing services in Owen Sound I will definitely use UPS. ... Thanks, Dave Woolley
