Burgers were amazing. Juicy perfect seasoning hot fresh and fries were cooked perfectly. I was a little skeptical but man was I greatly impressed. I definitely recommend trying this place out. I will be back
We’ve eaten here 5 times and while a few of them have been good experiences we’ve had two issues with the food being burnt beyond edible. They had to know it when they bagged up our order. We were also greeted with a “it’s going to be awhile”. No hello or be with you in a minute. Plenty of places to get a good burger in this town. I would suggest trying some place else.
Found the burger to be good but not great. Good size patty local beef wasn’t juicy but wasn’t dry. The Patti extended beyond the bun all the way around which was kind of a bummer. The bun and toppings were OK but I would’ve preferred toppings and/or a juicy burger that makes a nice mess. Think I’ll try it again but eat the burger in the house so it’s hot off the grill. Customer service was excellent. The young lady who helped me got thrown a curve ball and handled it without missing a beat. Not sure it was training or just her wherewithal but it was nice. Yeah and eight bucks for a burger is a great deal. Can’t expect too much I suppose.
The fries were good. The burger wasn't anything special. The customer service was definitely lacking. We were not greeted, we were hardly spoken to while ordering. Will not go out of my way for a burger or the atmosphere.
Finally got a chance to stop in and check this place out. Very cool vibe when you get in. The menu is simple and very reasonable. The food came out and was better than expected. They have their own sauce they make which was pretty tasty. They even have vegan options as well. All in all, it was a pretty laid back and delicious experience. If you are in the mood for some classic burger and fries come check this place out!
2 years later. Update may 2022 The Good - Music is better. Burger as a whole was actually really good though. Bun is really good and condiments were better than last time. If the burger patty was 2x thicker, it would be a solid hamburger. Fries were pretty good and less salty than last time. Price was fair compared to ridiculous price increases elsewhere. Raising from 1 star to 4 star. The Not Good - Shakes still bad. Thick choc milk. Not shake. They really need to fix this. Took 30 minutes for food to come out. Burger patty razor thin and over cooked for my preference. They claim it is quarter pound, I challenge that. -- Previous Review. If you like mediocre food and seizure inducing music, this is your place. My experience was disappointing and left much to be desired. It appears they are trying to ride coattails of simplistic burger chains but with charging more and producing mediocre food. If you like condiments, make sure you bring your own. There is no ketchup and mayonnaise. There is no option for how you want meat cooked unless black and charred is what you want. Tiny beef patty that has no seasoning. Fries cut so thin and overcooked that they tasted more like potato chips. The milkshake was very bland. I hope they figure it out before it's too late....but i doubt that will happen.
An unfortunate swing and a miss from an attempt at a hipster burger spot. A cross between Little Big Burger and In-N-Out Burger with lots of kinks to work out if they are to improve. Atmosphere was new and inviting with music playing, but it's in a strip mall. Hardly any customers and yet service was dull and out of cadence. Simple menu of only burgers, fries, and shakes. Burgers were only adequate and sub par for the premium price. Shoe string fries were short nubs. Beer taps have yet to be installed. Dirty tables even though no one was there as staff hung out mingling loudly. Overall, poor performance out of the gate. I might be back to try again to see if there is change.
Really liked the atmosphere. Their fries I'd give 5 stars. They are perfectly cooked fresh cut skinny fries. This is my new second choice burger place to go to.
Wow, the perfect classic cheeseburger and fries and shakes. Burgers are traditional, perfect ratios, and tasty buns. Fries are delicious and the accompanying fry sauce is awesome.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: Yes
Simply not good all-around. Service was terrible, the girl working the register openly saying she hated being there. The food took a very long time, and there was no one there ordering from the location at The Grove. Said the fryer was broke so no fries, but when friends showed up suddenly working. When the food was finally done it was burnt and literally thrown on the counter, from which we had to put everything back together as it came flying apart. Everything about the service and the food was very poor. Because it took 30 minutes to get two burgers other customers began to show up and asked about our experience before ordering. They looked at the burnt food we had and heard our complaints about the service and headed to another vendor. Others sitting close overhead and said they never go there because of the terrible service and poor quality food.
