Hardy's Hotwings, Burgers & Ice Cream

I see some reviews on here complaining about prices and the quality of some items on the menu, so I felt compelled to write a review. The pictures I've attached are actual pictures of my daughter's and my meals. I can't speak on any other menu items, but these burgers were great. The patties are not huge, but they are totally fine. The quality of the burger, and the freshness of the the vegetables, and mushrooms were outstanding. The tots and fries were cooked to perfection, crispy, but not greasy. I think we paid around 15-18 dollars/each, but this came with what you see pictured, and unlimited drinks. To me this is not unreasonable at all considering what fast food places charge these days, most of the time that food is terrible. I happened to meet one of the owners by happenchance, and we chatted just briefly, and after ordering our food she told my daughter and me to pick out any milkshake on the menu and that it was on the house. I tried to refuse but she insisted. My daughter got a chocolate milkshake that was delicious. We are not from Bend, but for now on, anytime we are in town, this will be a staple on our visit. A+ service, it's a mom and pop joint, and the no mask policy was just icing on the cake. Thank you Hardy's!

Wow!! All I can say is if you want a good burgers and great customer service come here they will take care of you. Also you have to try there milk shake so good.

Food was less than average, prices are insulting, staff was amazing and the place looks wonderful but seriously. We will never be back. I honestly would like my money back….

Generous 4 star. Went for the wings and they're cooked perfectly. Extra-hot sauce is like...medium at most. But great classic flavor and consistency. Garlic herb was basically a pool of melted butter with some stuff in the bottom. Pretty terrible. But asked for another sauce and they were happy to give me any sauces I wanted until I was happy. The Cajun honey was really good, I'd recommend it. Getting charged 1$ for a side of mediocre blue cheese dressing is kinda insulting, but whatever.

Found this gem next to my hotel and got a hearty Cobb Salad and a shake. Service was excellent with a smile and the food even better. Highly recommend.

So our family of 7 stopped by hungry from a long day in beautiful Bend. We were greeted, served by IRIS. Wow, amazing customer service, smile, professionalism, repeated the large order back to me. The food was great, fries and onion rings were delicious! The portions are very large for fries and onion rings. I appreciated how honest Iris was when we asked how many we would need to serve 7 people 6 adults. This was our first trip to Bend and we will be sure to return and home Iris is owning the place by then! Thank you!

Very expensive for the food quality. It was good food but 15.00 for 6 hot wings and 9.00 for a Hamburger nothing else. Fries were extra.

Pictures from the actual restaurant look a bit different than what you get when you order takeout. For $18...this was... meh. Disappointed, for sure.Food: 3/5

Visited for lunch. The hostess was very nice and our food came quickly. The fries are excellent but I was a little disappointed with the burger. The flavors were good but the patty was low quality for a $13 burger. Didn't get a chance to try the wings. Would go back to try those and the fries.

My husband and I had never tried Hardy’s so we bit the bullet and went there with our 2 small children. For ONLY 3 small meals we spent over $60!! I was appalled when I realized the price but I figured the food would be worth it. HAH! Was I sooo wrong. Tiny frozen hamburger patty that was overly seasoned. I could have gotten better chicken strips and fries at Carl’s Jr! Will never again in my life spend a ridiculous amount of money for the worst quality food at this “restaurant”. If I could rate negative stars I would.
