Great store with great staff. Minus 1 star because its a very small store which lacks some general items you may be looking for.

I had a really bad experience with this seller. I ordered a TV on black friday, but never recieved it as per the estimated date. So I contacted Amazon and they contacted the Electronique Hi-Fi. They called me and said that "he could not track the TV, and asked me to cancel the order from Amazon and buy it at the same price from their shop." I did as per his request. I waited for another week and never received the TV. So I contacted the seller, the manager named "ABDUL" told me that he will ship the TV right away and sent me a tracking number from Loomis Express. During this time I wrote a review about them on AMAZON, which Abdul asked me to delete (see supporting messages). Trusting him that he is seriously working on the issue, I deleted the review and when I tracked the TV, the tracking number didn't work. I contacted Abdul again, he said the shipping people at the back made a mistake. . They dont have SONY X900E in stock anymore so he will send me Sony X930E, I told him that a friend of mine can pick it up from Montreal. The next day when I confirmed with Abdul about the TV, he said he never promised for X930E and cancelled my order without my confirmation. My friend was outside waiting at the docks to pickup the TV, but nobody came. I tried calling Abdul, he put me on block list and did not answer to my text messages. Now I am stuck here with no TV and not sure if I will even receive my money back as a refund. These people lie to their customers, make fake promises. To support the whole issue I even have text messages and emails.

I bought an ONKYO Receiver online and it was easy delivered on time and as described online. I would definitely buy from them again.
