Went in to this store to buy one cell phone for my daughter before i knew it i was charged over $600. This place is a scam the employees distract you by making weird noises no one seems to know what they are doing so they keep you in there for over 1hr until you are so fed up they keep telling you sign this sign that telling you this is free that is free until you get a bill for eveything on your next months bill. The employee we had was Gabriel he told my daughter and i that the case for her phone was free the tablet wasfree yet we were changed. I told them no insurance yet i was charged but received no information on the insurance as of yet. Tried to call and go to the store numerous times to cancel the insurance and was told to talk to the manager who never seems to be there or returns my calls. So for one iphone 6s which i wasalso overcharged for ended up costing me over 1000$ in added charges and no one would help me from this store. So please do not go to bell store place Versailles save your time and money and go somewhere that wont rip off their customers just to line their own pockets. After 15years with bell this is how they treat their customers.

This store has terrible customer service and manipulative sale tactics. Do not buy anything from them. They will scam you!

Even one star is too much for bell. worst piece of crap company ever! And to top it off, after cancelling their crap service, they somehow find all these additional charges and late payments, which I can see on my bank statement were paid. If anyone else has been double billed by bell, let's band together and get this horrible company shut down, and all the innocent people paid back!

J'ai acheté un Samsung X6 Edge , le représentant nous vend une garantis prologé de 2 ans pour 199.00$ en nous disant que si nous l'utilisons pas la garantis, nous allons avoir un crédit d'une valeur de 199.00$ magasin. Je n'ai pas utilisé la garantie pendant 2 ans, je vais au magasin pour avoir mon crédit mais les chose change.... On me dit que j'ai pas le droit au crédit car je devais me présenter dans le 2 semaines après la garantis!!!! un oublie d'information du vendeur... Pourtant sur le site internet on indique 30 jours pour avoir un crédit. C'est valeur pour la compagnie car j'ai 4 cellulaires a mon nom et je n'irais plus acheter la bas. Ce Magasin ne fait pas partie du groupe Bell, c'est une franchise qui vende le propre garantie. Pourtant vous pouvez aller dirrectement chez Bell et ils vont vous vendre la même garantie a 10$/mois, couverture au complet du téléphone de remplacement. L'avantage est que vous pouvez cancéller la garantie en tous temps.
