Newly opened 2024 ..medium size store and got all my games here too

They refused to sell me a phone without a contract… even if the website is saying that they have it in store, unlocked. Dont go you will waste your time. I purchased all my last phone with bestbuy but i wont anymore I guess.

Terrible Since the new concept and the new cashier system. You go there to spend money and you wait forever at the cashier behind all the return. Not to mention the reorganization of the store, everything is spread out and it's now more difficult to find or compare when you go the to shop.

Worst client services I ever had. The employees didn't wanted to respond to me the all ping pong me to another employees I had the card that I needed for my component in my hands for almost 15 minutes. One of the guys behind the counter almost flip me the fingers. I had to make a scene for someone to finally help me and just finally said to me that the products wasnt in store. I will never go back to that store ever. I bought better component for less money in 5 min on amazon deliver in 1 day to my door step.

There is a wide variety of things, some at very good prices. However, the customer service is very poor, and most employees seem inexperienced. It feels like they are always new hires—unfriendly and unaware of the products and their features.
