Never answer their phone. When their copy/printing machines are down the young workers at the printing department don’t proactively offer to help. Only when specifically asked if they can help, they’re able to use their computers to print out “Print me” documents, as well as make photocopies.nThis location has good products. It’s just the customer service is severely lacking.
Received Excellent service from this place. Hard some printing issues and the customer support came to rescue with impeccable service. Highly recommended. Thanks Khalifa
2 depressing un-helpful employees only to be given a thrid only to be told my package was not in stock and did not know the Purolator phone number that i can contact
Literally one of the worst Bureau En Gros in Montreal. People are nice, but almost no one on the floor.nnImpossible to ask any questions about articles, so you just wander around hopeless.nnCame to buy a working table the model I knew and just needed to pick up and it took 20 minutes just to find someone to get it from the stock.
