They have almost everything that you may need for your office needs. The only thing that is difficult to get, like every other place, is staff to help you find an item that you may be looking for. I know there is a shortage of staff and personnel everywhere, but you could have an inquiry desk for clients that need assistance.
Worse service ever. Friday the the 13th around 2pm-2h25 I went there an required assistance, the girl with red hair seemed too occupied with the guy with frizzy hair who talks like he is high or drunk. They didn't even ONCE ask if I needed help regardless of me waiting at the tech counter. They were talking about their weekend plans. You guys have had so many complaints about the same people yet you do nothing?! Respect your clients or hire a management team that can discipline these employees who seem to be getting paid to do NOTHING.
Dishonest people. Confirmed the order. Then cancelled it. Called them and they gave me an elaborate excuse how it was open box, then changed it to the person accidentally confirmed the order but the item was not actually found. So yeah hard to believe what they say. I believe it's been given to someone they knew. And then they cancelled my order. Won't be purchasing there again.

Don't be fooled by your confirmation email! Or their own signs! I placed an order for curbside pick up. When I received the confirmation email, it said to call the store number when I arrived. At the store, I parked in a designated "curbside pickup" spot and followed the directions on the sign: to call the store. I was on hold for 10 minutes before giving up and going inside which goes against the idea of ordering for curbside pickup. I was told by an employee that, due to COVID, they no longer answer phones. She then gave me my heavy, oversized item on a dolly and told me to being it back in when I was done, no offer to help. I ordered curbside pickup to avoid going in the store, let alone going twice.
Very good place to buy school, office supplies and all electronics items
It is the worst printing service I have ever seen in my life. Everytime I go there, there seems to be 5 employees doing nothing, even though there is a 10 people line up. The best part is that last time they printed my document upside down, and all the pages were somehow out of order once binded. I called to have it fixed, and the manager Adrian refused to print new pages and rebind the document. I had to argue to eventually get it redone for free. And it still took an insane amount of time to have it redone, because there was a large lineup and the employees were still picking their noses. Also another time, I had 400 photos printed, and the quality was the same as my nieces crayon drawings. It was so pixelized it looked like we were back in the 90s. I am never going back there again.
Great service and it's really easy to find what you need. Once I found gumball machines for sale witch I still adore today.They also have good prices on work chairs that last a long time, good prices on paper and good prices on everything you would need for work/school •ᴗ•

Ok. So. Don't believe they employés when they tell you free shipping or that they have tons of the product online, just not in store. desk furniture big stuff. even online. I ordered a desk Friday was suppse to come Tuesday. I get an email , on delivery day, telling me it's not in stock, ? Disorganized
