Before: I really enjoy all their drinks so far. Their yogurt drinks and grass jelly drinks are awesome! You can’t find the same thing elsewhere. The texture was good and not too sweet. It was exactly what I wanted. This was my first time trying their Mango Pomelo Yogurt Drink and It tasted really refreshing. Their Royal No.1 Milk Tea was very silky and the grass jelly was delicious too. The drinks were ready real quick. Will visit more often! Recent visit: It’s been a while since we came to Shuyi at this location for drinks. It was such a big disappointment. The prices have gone up which was expected, but, the drinks portion and quality have gone down a lot. They highlighted that their drinks are always half cup full of ingredients but this was not true anymore. It used to be but they did not keep it up. We ordered 4 drinks in total but only the Mango Pomelo Sago and Signature Grass Jelly Milk Tea were ok and acceptable. The ingredients was definitely less than before. The worst one was the Mango Coconut Taro Balls drink. It was one of the top four highly recommended items from their menu but it was the most disappointing for us. We asked for less ice but the drink was half cup of ice, no coconut taste, very watery and barely any ingredients as stated on the menu. It felt like drinking a milky water and it charged us $7.25 for it which was almost the same price their other large size drink. It was totally not worth it. With this kind of quality and portion of ingredients, we will not go back for sure. One time is more than enough and this is our last time.

I am a huge believer in customer service and how you treat your customers demonstrates your values in business. Unfortunately first and last time at those location - the personnel at the counter are impatient, rude and unhelpful. Would caution in providing a business to this tea shop.

If you want to have hot pot with high quality of bubble tea, here is the only space you could go. The food is so delicious and with high quality of bubble tea to neutral the spicy. It is also a good place for party. Lots of spaces and good stuffs are working here. Highly recommended.

The worst place that I have been. I ordered 6 drinks online, but they rejected. I called them to ask the reason, there was a lady staff told me they sold out sago, so ONE of the drink they can’t make, so they had to cancel the entire order. They even didn’t call me to ask if I can change to other toppings. I had to ask if I can change to other toppings, then they made for me. I was waiting almost half hour for that 6 drinks and no updates on the app. I went to the store to see if the drinks are ready to pickup. They told me the drinks were already done. Then why you didn’t tell me through app. Unlucky the owner hired this lady who is trying to reject all the orders.

We came at 9:40pm and they locked the door on us when we parked up. 3 others came after us and weren't very happy that they closed early as well.

Great flavours, love the taro balls. Fig jelly doesn’t have much of a taste but gives good texture.

This drink was truly so refreshing! I loved how the citrus-y sourness of the Yakult balanced quite well with the grapefruit! This drink comes with coconut jelly as well!

Great place to hang out on a hot day! Friendly service. Bbt prices are comparable with other chains. Quality is much better. I can taste the roasted flavor in the milk tea

So good! Every time I order a drink from here it end up being so much tastier than I was expecting. I will usually order one of their yakult drink and I feel like this location makes the best ones in the plaza.
