Amazing dinner here tonight, and fondue was perfect portion for two. The mix was very alcoholic compared to other blends I've had, so depends on how much you vibe with that and still delicious. Served with lightly toasted croutons, was kind of hoping for some baguette or more variety of starch. The side salad was light and complemented the heavier fondue nicely. The trout on potato pancake was also nice, the dill in the mixture was very fresh. And great vibes and service overall!

Had a fantastic experience at Le Swan our server was amazing I think her name was Allie and the food was SO good! It’s like an upscale diner, with great old school vibes and a unique cocktail menu. A bit pricey $$ but in my opinion totally worth it. We were celebrating a birthday, and we got the smoked trout rillette, tuna melt, French onion soup, fondue with bread and broccoli, and finished off with Bananas Foster! Would 100% recommend and would come back .

Le Swan, the most lovely French diner. Don’t get caught up in thinking it’s a diner, Le swan is not your atypical diner, focused on quality comfort foods. I had the steak frites, which I was beyond excited for knowing that the steak is dry aged for 40 days and the fries follow a labour intensive two day process, which definitely comes through in the flavour!! Accompanying the meal was a vanilla milkshake and let me tell you, it is an absolute must!!! Overall, quality, full flavour, rich, delicious. Loved the vibe: chill but can still dress nicely.

Such a divine experience. I absolutely loved the ambience of the restaurant classic & old style Everything we ordered tasted amazing and the service was impeccable. I would love to come back here again. Beef Tatar was perfect oh forgot to mention about the highlight ** espresso martini*** was genuinely exceptional Probably the best espresso martini I’ve ever had

I had reservations on a Saturday evening. When we arrived, our table was ready for us. We really enjoyed our meal here. It's the type of place where you can order multiple plates which allows you to try a larger variety of what they offer. Everything tasted fresh and the timing between plates was perfect as well. Would definitely return if ever I am in the Toronto area.

A unique restaurant that combines French classics and diner’s favourites. Friendly service, tasty foods, and a nice curated wine list. The ambience is more for a friend gathering rather than a date night.

A casual French bistro/diner with great ambiance and high quality dishes, le swan is a gem. My bf treated me to a dinner here; we made a reservation just in case, but it was not too busy. The servers were super nice and always refilled our water. We got a capuccino, steak tartare, tuna melt, a side of green beans, steak frites, and bananas Foster, all to share. Every single dish we had was delicious and ingredients are high quality and well prepared/presented. For example, the fries were the best I ever had, and the bananas Foster had perfectly crunchy bruleed sugar on top. I like that the menu is not too large, and it seems like every dish is their specialty. Everything is reasonably priced, and a good size. Our bill came to $100 after tax before tip, but that was because we ordered so much. The downstairs washrooms are clean. We will be coming back to try other dishes!

Would return. Highly recommended. Make a booking. This cosy diner seating establishment will be sure to impress your date. Order the Steak Fries and Beans. Oysters: Fresh and served with the usual acompanyments. Steak Tartare: Not my favorite one in Toronto, but has its own character with less mustard and more texture in the beef. Would suggest they grill or warm the bread up. Beans: Yes, get the beans. Steak Frites: Perfectly cooked, high grade beef. Tender yet cut thick giving you a beefy bite, good marbling too by the taste of it. Fries are actually pretty decent with a solid crunch. Bourguignon: Tender, fall apart beef with a creamy delicate mash and gravy. Perfect winter food. Old Fashioned: Clear Ice, clean taste and everything in balance. Not overly strong like some. Overall, a very pleasant night. Special thanks to our host and kitchen. Takes AMEX. $80-$100pp.

This is one of my favourite restaurants in Toronto! The best vibe.. especially on a rainy day! The cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and simple but delicious food never disappoint. Feels like you’ve been transported to a French diner for an afternoon.

Le Swan will always hold a special place in my heart as being my favourite restaurant in the city. It is absolutely, above and beyond, the best spot to go out for a dinner party of two, and Jen Agg's best restaurant in our opinion!. My partner and I have been going since 2020 and are always amazed by the attentive care of the servers with is always consistent with Jen's restaurants and bars and the quality of the food. The attention to detail of the environment is outstanding. I will always admire the swan motifs throughout the space from the decorative elements on our plates, to the sculptures, to the wallpaper. I have always ordered the chicken steak as it's my favourite dish, but on Saturday we ordered the steak frites platter, which is served with a scrumptious garlic confit butter. The cocktails are always full of flavour, and lots of booze! Our reservation was the last of the night at 10:30PM, but we did not feel rushed at all. Taylor was our server and she was wonderful. Tears of joy were shed on the streetcar home, that is not an exaggeration. Can you tell I love Le Swan?
