Excellent personalized top of the notch service! Lui at Lobby the Lounge took very good care of us from the first day to the last. He went above and beyond to keep us fed, glass was always full and we were 100% entertained. It felt like he was catering to us only. He was our personal bartender, waiter and photographer. Kudos to the entire team for making us feel welcome and comfortable. I had an impromptu surprise birthday party for my girlfriend and Lui treated the occasion like it was a planned catered event. He did everything! Thanks so much for making our weekend getaway unforgettable and amazing!
Lui is a rock star. He definitely deserves a raise. Absolute master of his craft. Remembers people and what they like. I love how when he comes to your table asking if you want another beer and he already has it ready for you.
I became a Regular here due to the amazing Customer service, especially by Lui! It's not just the customer service that is amazing. It's also how amazing the food is from the chicken finger to the tacos,etc. Usually, I don't even have to wait long for my food, it comes relatively quickly. The ambiance and environment are 11/10. The lights, fireplaces, and setting are absolutely stunning to be in, along with the comfy chairs. Definitely come here once a week at least and always end up bringing new friends. None of us ever had one terrible experience whatsoever. Lui definitely needs a raise and promotion for his top-tier hospitality and kindness. Overall 11/10 this restaurant.
I came few days ago and it was very busy but the gentleman at the bar handled everyone with so much ease. His name was Johar and he was just brilliant, he talked to everyone politely and managed the entire space! Good job! We asked him that we wanted to try something different and he made us a special drink with some chocolate alcohol and the food was good too. Thanks johar and team for making our evening special.
I visited it a few days back and had an amazing experience. Service is exceptional. My bartender, Johar was really friendly and did a great job and took proper care of all my drinks. I really had a wonderful time.
Starting off our guys golf trip last week, came here for dinner and a few drinks after checking in. I hope I'm getting this right because I'm taking his name off the reciept but Johardeep was great. Did a fantastic job looking after all 7 of us and there was a delay with one of the dinners but he made sure he dealt with it and we all had a good time. All the food was good, appetizers, wings, steak sandwich, and we will certainly be back again when we are in the area. Not our first visit and this is how I remember it.
Had an amazing weekend. Special thanks to our bartender, Johar. He was super nice and very considerate. I would definitely be here again!

I came there last night I met with Johar Bedi he is a great bartender and the best server I came there and he was doing every work by himself that was fantastic and I told him to make me a good cocktail I just loved it. I am coming there now every weekend with my friends.
I went there last week on weekend my bartender was Johar and he was doing very great by handling everything alone. Food was amazing drinks was over the top.
