Lastman's Bad Boy (Distribution Center)

Bought 2 love seats and a matching chair. I thought this would take 4 weeks to even get a call for the delivery. 6 days later I have our new furniture delivered! What a fast great transaction. The shipping process is amazing, you can log in on the day of delivery to see what stop you are, and you can also watch the delivery truck make their stops so you can see when they should be there. Only negative part is, the free speaker that we had told we would also have as a thanks, has not come in? or was it delivered to our home yet. No calls from the store to say when or what is up! If I do not hear from anyone at Bad Boy in the next 3 days, I will be changing my post to a 1 star. But so far I am pleased.

Needs a better set up for customer pick up. We live in 2017 pretty sure that they can figure out a way to be able to pick up your purchases without having to visit 2 opposite sides of the building while still being able to maintain product security. The 2 Young man at the customer pick up are very professional and fast. They help you load up your purchases and have excellent personality which is why I give Bad Boy distribution center 5 stars.

Garbage. Absolute garbage. My partner and I picked up a 5 piece dining room set that started to fall apart after a week. After a scathing review their management called us and delivered a replacement set with a broken table! Badboy then refused to refund us or pick up the product for another week. Disgraceful. These guys are thieves. Their products, like their customer service is the absolute lowest quality. Avoid at all costs.

Great furniture pieces at an amazing price. Would recommend that you give free delivery for in store purchases as online is already free delivery! The movers were very good and helped get all of our furniture on our top floor without damaging our walls. So happy with our new bedroom!

Booked 4 seater dining table through bad boy online website ... Had one of my worst customer experience in recent time .. I placed order online and received email for address and ID confirmation after 2 days.. it took 4 weeks and several phone calls to their customer service to approve my order ... It took them 5 weeks to approve my order , although I was charged the same day order was placed. Took few extra calls and 3 additional week to get delivery date .. product was delivered after 2 months order was placed . Product quality: Received product in good quality and condition .. it was easy to assemble the table and chairs. Using table for little over a week. It is good so far. Overall product quality is good and well priced .. overall customer service experience was not pleasant
