The floor person I believe Kaitlyn was a refreshing person to deal with. Went out if her way at a busy time to make sure we could make an informed decision and she saw it thru including checkout Very knowledgeable and pleasant

Went to buy xbox game had many copys on display but none in the back this is the 3rd time this has happened and they said they have to keep 5 or 6 copys for display for online order do u get it 6 copys for online order lol but I'm in the store...some is not doing there job...takung then away for a n online order does come in what a waste of time

Can't say much about in-store experience. I can say that I called the store number during one of their least busy times according to Google (Friday at 10am) and not one sales associate picked up the phone at this location. I let it ring over 40 times. Now going to staples. Thanks for zero effort Best Buy staff.
