They are a bit expensive for wheelbuilds compared to other bike shops I have been too, they did do a better job that those other bike shops I have been to though. I also got my cranks installed there. They put the cranks on the wrong side which is infuriating (I am hoping they fix it for free). They also charged 45 dollars to put cranks on when it was already halfway done. Overall I have had a good experiance going to this bike shop and I would recomend it over the other ones in the area. My only complaint is the "silly" mistakes they made like the one mentioned above. The great service and really friendly people make up for it though

Brought my bike in to get new tires, an old 70's bike, the man replaced the tires on the spot in a decent time. Not an expensive bike like the ones they had there and I felt like they were kind of making fun of my cheap old bike, that could have just been my perception though. Another man there was very nice and friendly and was answering our questions about all the different bikes in the shop while we were waiting.

This shop is the best. There staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are willing to go the extra mile to help their customers. The shop has a lot of personality. Mostly because of their awesome shop cat, Magnus. Would highly recommend them.
