Had the best experience working with John today. We came in not long before they closed and he never made us feel rushed. He was extremely knowledgeable and got us set with two mountain bikes and a couple rockhoppers. After going to some larger bike shops we are really glad we chose to shop local. Highly recommend visiting John if you need a bike of any kind!!!

Wife's new bicycle. Seven speeds, with shifter built into hand grip. Pedal power only, so we get our exercise. It came with fenders and lights, with charger built into front wheel. We had shopped around and found similar prices elsewhere, but decided to stay with a locally owned business where the owner knows his stuff and shares his knowledge.

So I do live in sumner so not alot of choice for a good bike shop. That being said the repair department is top notch, the guy has 1 hand but he is probably the most honest and skilled bike mechanic. The selection of stuff is small but they will order anything you need. Not just friendly efficient.

Went to this bike shop to get a certain brand bike, gave my contact info in hopes of a call within the next couple of days, been over a couple weeks still no call. Also after talking to one of the salesman did a little bit of browsing around the shop and they seemed annoyed. The guy that helped me out felt really annoyed because he would glare at me while doing wheelies in the shop! I mean come on be professional about your guys store front! Would not recommend going here nor spending a dime there lack of communication and lack of customer etiquette and professionalism is not there!

This is a great bike shop ... their staff are all courteous and knowledgeable people ... every time that i stop by i experience same good feeling that I'm in the righr place ... by the way ... if you have to wait for your bike repair right next door you can enjoy a delicious milk shake or some snack or complete lunch... the place is clean and safe ... enjoy it

This is our go to bike store for both purchasing bikes and maintenance. We have bought our son 3 bikes from here. My husband just bought his first rode bike and we have even had a bike shipped up from a family member and they put it back together for us. They are friendly and have great customer service too. Highly recommend Bonney Lake Bike shop.

Great bike shop! I called first on the phone, since I needed a new back tire replaced on my late 1980s Chinook Giant mountain bike. I was told that they had a new tire and that I could come in as soon as I wanted. I was also told the price for the tire and the labor – the shop was up front and honest the whole time. When I brought my bike in, since they were not working on any other bike, they did the work immediately. They were done in ten to fifteen minutes. Great work and great tire for a great price! As an added bonus, the shop is located in the downtown area of Sumner, with quaint little shops and places to eat in case you have to wait for your bike. The Dairy Freeze right next door had great food and ice cream.
