Richard and Micheal are amazing. They best customer service I've experienced. Love to go into the shop. I bought 2 bikes and have sent many friends to get their bikes... all are happy and appreciate Richard and Micheal's expert help selecting and up keeping their bikes.

Nice enough people but I think I got deceived! Brought bike in for lower bracket replacement, was told that wasn't the issue, it was the cassette and chain. Said ok, do the repairs plus a tune up. Get a call that the front shifter is bad also, so i say replace it. Get bike back and ride it! Problem still there and I don't feel it got a tune up, brakes are the same as when I took it in. Next week I take it to my old bike shop I've used for decades. They say it's definitely the lower bracket, chain is to loose and the front shifter is old not new? Doesn't appear to have had a tune up in awhile. I'm not a bike mechanic, so I'm not sure if I used all the right terminology or not. But something definitely seems scandalous! And I will not be back!

I will definitely be returning here for all of my bicycle parts and maintenance. I've been to the shop several times recently for both new parts and tuning. Both times the staff were very up front with what needed to be done with my bike, and after the work was done the difference was immediately apparent. They are friendly and fair. I recently wrecked my bike and brought it in for a tuneup afterwards. The forks were bent and weakened but it wasn't immediately noticeable. When I went to pick the bike up, they told me about the condition of the bike and that it was unfortunately unsafe to ride. Regardless of the fact that they did do the work and complete the tuneup, they wouldn't charge me for it figuring I'd put the money towards a new bike. I will absolutely be shopping here when I'm ready to purchase again.

Super clean store with a great selection of specialized bikes, very friendly and helpful staff. Highly reccomend.
