Lakelawn B&B and Motel

Internet connection you should try and stay close to the main building to get a better speed. That is my only complaint. This is a nice place to stay that is pet friendly. The bed and breakfast is in the main building which is a nice fresh personal breakfast. Home made jam. Nice place that you will enjoy

Absolutely beautiful! One of the best motels I've stayed at! The owner is so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and comfortable. We slept through the continental breakfast but when we went to check out they had kept everything out so we could grab some breakfast on the go! Would stay here over and over again!

My wife and I arrived in Yarmouth from Portland, Maine on the ferry at 8pm and really needed to get settled after seven hours of choppy seas. The receptionist had a couple of more customers to check-in, but he made the waiting helpful with some advice on dining and directions. He was really cheerful and welcoming. The rooms are basic, but clean, comfy, and more than adequate. The breakfast meal was delicious and the receptionist insisted we take more for the road. The Lakelawn turned out to be a terrific way to start the vacation and I would highly recommend it for both the comfort and helpful staff.

Very nice B&B. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The continental breakfast was good. The proprietor was very friendly, helpful and eager to please. We would definitely stay there again.

This place is just perfect. It's very clean, with its own style. Service is A-1. Breakfast is very good with a calm ambiance. I highly recommend this place. I would come back in s heartbeat
