We are open May - October

Story

We are a seaside accommodation with 10 motel units and 5 cottages. Mavillette beach is one of Nova Scotia's best kept secrets.
We are on the French Acadian shore with lots of Acadian history. Yarmouth is 20 minutes south and Digby is 45 minutes north.
You can sit back and relax, take a walk on the beach, and enjoy the sound of the ocean surf.

If we could give 10 stars we would. The view from our site #4 was absolutely amazing! Take a walk on the beach, then sit at your site to watch the sunset. Nancy and Wally the owners are unbelievable, they make your stay so memorable. The patrons at the camp ground we friendly and so helpful. If your are in the area make sure this is one of your stays.
They also have an rv spot.nThe owner was wonderful with my husband, showed him to the shower and laundry spot. They also have a sauna that looks on the beutiful ocean view. Definitely a place we want to come back to again.
Nice clean renovated cabins. Quiet serene location. Short walk to beach. Great place to watch the tide come in and out. Staff where very friendly and welcoming. Wish I had time to stay for more than one night.
My daughter and I had a lovely stay and certainly enjoyed meeting Nancy and Wally, who manage the motel and cottages. They were certainly friendly and accommodating. We had a great night's sleep, a beautiful view and thanks to Nancy hot coffee in the morning. Everything was great and having friendly people looking after you is a bonus. They were top notch. I will stay there again.
The location cannot get better than this. You are literally at the Ocean Front. This place has the best views of the Ocean and right near the Mavelitte Beach. There is an RV park of the motel towards the ocean.nnRooms are well furnished and have additional laundry and washrooms.nnRustic charm with modern fittings. Ample parking space, picnic tables with grills and and barbecue space. You can also dry your clothes out here.nnHighly recommended.nnThe new owner took this property over in May 2025 and has previously worked at the PEI parks.
