Best Western Mermaid Yarmouth

This hotel is nothing special to look at, but in a great location for ferry travelers, and the place was well kept and very clean. I loved the hard floors for the pet friendly room. Having stayed in many other pet friendly hotels with stained carpets, I (and my pets) really appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The hard floors in the room above did make for a bit of noise when people were moving around above us. Luckily they were early to bed types. The staff were very friendly especially the early morning staff. Thanks for being so cheerful at 6am!

If you are taking the ferry, I highly recommend the Best Western hotel. It is clean, comfortable, quiet, and has a great breakfast buffet ready at 6am including yogurt, eggs, cereal, fresh fruit, and bakery items. The staff are cheerful and helpful. It's not fancy, but the best place to stay in Yarmouth.

Very clean, comfortable motel-style accommodations. Staff are extremely courteous and helpful. This hotel is a great place to stay if you're catching the nearby, early morning ferry back to the US.

Clean, pleasant decor, comfortable bedding. Couldn't ask for more in a motel. We especially enjoyed the "Naive" napkin art in our room (see picture)

My wife and I are down visiting her family and we are really enjoying our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are nicely laid out, the beds are very comfortable. I would highly recommend it.
