Lake City Mini Park

Not much of a park. The homeless camp is gone, now it's basically a vacant space. Could use some color, maybe some artwork or plant installations... a bathroom perhaps? It's called Concrete Park because that's literally all it is

Hardly a park. There isn't even grass. Mostly a congregating place for homeless people. There are occasionally events small farmers markets, etc. which seem cool - but I'm not sure who goes to them. I have seen police activity at this park multiple times.

Concrete Park is what us Lake City locals call it. This is the center of this town. You can find any local here at one point of the day. It's were I go when I want to be nosey or ask where I can find someone else. 98% of the time there's always some one there and 95% of the time my time was not wasted.

Even before the homeless encampment went up here, it was just a slab of cement with a port-o-potty. Now it’s pretty unsafe and completely trashed.

There is a small arch.

We need services to get the homeless a home, not a concrete pad to pitch tents.

The COVID mini park days left foul taste in my gut

This park has been a hotspot for the unsheltered and sheltered community for years of your comfortable with community, this is the spot for you. But it located in the heart of Lakecity

Every single time I've been at the stop light next this park I've either seen 2 people fighting, or someone's private parts. Sometimes both.

Its a park, not much of a place to really go hang. Have good memorial to folks in area
