Alice Ball Park

The park is partly open! The central lawn is still fenced off for a couple months to give the grass more time to establish itself. In the meantime, the permeable concrete path, stone benches, a gravel box think really big-grained, sand-ish experience and natural areas around the periphery are open. An arty traffic-calming crosswalk across 81st connects the park to the Greenwood Library.

Nice little park to take the dogs,kids,or just to walk around with your sweetheart. Little tables to sit at and eat lunch. A small path to walk around surrounded by beautiful flowers. Big patch a grass to take your pet and play fetch. Very nice

This park was more inviting when it was an empty lot. Now it's been manicured flat and featureless. Too much sidewalk, not enough grass. Nothing to look at, I miss the graffiti.

Whatever happened to the small restaurant that was here until the summer 2015? Did a condo project fall through or something? We do NOT need more "dog parks" here in Seattle!
