They always have some sort of deal which is great and a large selection. I found the staff to be very helpful, especially in the change room. I wasn’t sure of the best shape and size for myself and they recommended something that works perfectly for me. It was a pleasant experience and I’ll be back

Lady approached us as we entered and proceeded to tell us about the deals that were being featured. After her spiel my friend asked a question and was then berated because she didn’t listen the first time the sale was stated. We were then followed around our entire shopping experience because of what I can only assume was them thinking we were going to steal something. Overall very bad experience.

I have come in to this store multiple instances and have received the same level of poor customer service each time. Multiple sales staff working but they are all busy chatting to each other about their personal lives meanwhile I am the only customer in the store and no one is offering me any kind of help. Do better, La Senza.

Attended the Market Mall location at 7:30pm on a Saturday. Staff advised that they were unwilling to allow fitting room access as it was “too close to closing”. Don’t bother wasting your time or money here. There are plenty of other stores with better service ie; La Vie en Rose.

Sales staff is very helpful and was able to find the correct product for me. The girls were helpful in the fitting rooms and provided me the support I needed in order to find the perfect bra! Best La senza ever!

These girls at this la senza in market mall are probably the best I’ve ever experienced - and it’s not just one time, it’s every single time I visit! But I have the most to say about Sarah, because it was Black Friday weekend, they were crazy busy, as expected they still took the time to bring me options, help me with an exchange and go above and beyond to make sure I left happy - while I was waiting in line, she was so differently personable with every single customer and that was just something to admire as you typically don’t see that in customer service … especially after a crazy Black Friday weekend!! You can tell she’s happy to be there and happy to be of service to customers.

Incompetent, lazy staff. They can’t even read a receipt properly. I contacted customer service through email about my terrible in store experience and they couldn’t even offer any solution except for a “I don’t understand why that happened.” Wow well that doesn’t help me at all. Complete waste of my time and money. This company is just a complete joke now, don’t bother shopping here.

Horrible experience. Will never shop there again. Half-hearted greeting when I entered, no offer to help. I used to love this company, and this being the only store left in Calgary, I drove all across town to stock up on bras. Now, my bra size differs depending on the store and style, so I need to try them on. But noooo! They are one of the few stores who still will not allow you to try things on! At other clothing stores, I just try things on where I stand, but obviously not with a bra! So, I approach said rather unfriendly associate, as I am at a loss and explain to her that I need to try bras on. She just says oh well, you have 30 days to return. I asked her if she thinks I can just buy like 20 different pairs, and says that this is my option, and walks away. Congratulations, you have just lost a previously loyal customer to Amazon! No wonder you are close to bankruptcy!

I don't know what has happened, but quality, consistency in sizes and with lack of style and stock; down the drain. It is not all of a sudden, it has been this way for awhile. I understand why La Senza has one store in all of Calgary.

went in here with my friend on a Wednesday afternoon, and we were followed the entire. we dont give off the appearance or feeling that we're trying to steal, and ive even worked in loss prevention before at past jobs. i knew from the jump that they thought we were going to try to steal, and im not sure what led them to believe that. will not be returning, plus i didnt even find a bra that worked
