I am so grateful to Ashley and the team at Knickers 'n Lace! My experience there was fantastic. I've never had a fitting so personalized before from anywhere else. They listened to everything I was saying and they treated me like a best friend, not just a customer. Yes, I won the contest but I could tell they were treating their other clients the same way. Any insecurities I had walking in, were quickly eased. I also learned several tips and tricks on how to wear any type of under garment. I will certainly be back in the near future for more and recommending my friends to also come. Thank you again!!

Karen at Knickers and Lace was absolutely wonderful! I have had surgeries on my breasts and my body is hard to fit standard bras. Karen had me try on several bras until she found the right one for me. I am so pleased with my new purchase and will definitely return. Thank you Karen!

Worst experience of my life - went approx June 30th for my first ever bra fitting never been made to feel worse in my entire life. Needless to say the fitter was rude I have emailed to advise of the situation with no response, now when I see the ad on TV just triggers the feelings every time. The owner advised she tried to contact me in her response - she did not - there was no contact via email phone or text - my review stands not a safe place to shop

I had such an incredible experience. I didn’t realize appointments were needed for a fitting but they were able to fit me in. The staff was pleasant about the fact I had my toddler daughter with me. I have never had a properly fit bra before and I swear my life is changed. I feel amazing. I was worried the prices would be prohibitive but they were very much on par with other lingerie stores. I am one happy momma

Worst customer experience! I feel insecure about having a large bust and was looking for help with an undergarment to work with a low cut dress I have purchased. I called for advice and asked if I could bring my dress in to look for a bra that might work with the cut of the dress and was chastised for for buying a low cut dress in the first place. Without knowing what the dress looked like or how it fit on me. Helping women feel good about their bodies definitely isn't a strong suit of this staff member. Lost a pretty decent customer in a matter of seconds.

Karen is the absolute best!! She was so knowledgeable and professional. She made me feel welcome and comfortable. I've never had such pretty bras that fit and flatter me so nicely. The way she interacted with her colleague Myra was so fun. The owner was super nice too! Highly recommend Knickers and Lace!! This will be the only place I'll shop for bras!!

Took my teen daughter in today without realizing we needed an appointment. Not only did they accommodate us, but Ashley went above and beyond to take care of my girl. Offering her lots of choices and fitting her properly finally! it was a very positive experience and we both left very happy with the product we bought but mostly the personal service. Thank you Ashley!!! We will be back

Was told not to come in without an appointment. Only available appointment was next day. As a retail store customers should not be turned away and should be able to shop the racks without being scolded. You loose a 20+ years client knickers and Lace shame on you! @braTopia you win!

Kimiko was Fabulous!!! So patient, helpful & a truely pleasant & knowledgeable lady to be helped by! I absolutely love this place. Stock, sizes & colors a plenty!! Awesome job, Ladies Will always be back. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Very happy with my experience, found a perfect fitting bra, had to be ordered for me can't wait to receive my first proper fitting bra very excited Great job to all the staff. Ashley is very knowledgeable and super friendly.
