It was a rough start and after my fitting was sized way bigger than I am I was told they didn’t carry much in my size. However the manager Ana stepped in and was very helpful, turns out they had quite a few items in my actual size. Thank you Ana! You made my experience enjoyable and I was able to leave with some nice new , proper fitting lingerie!
I never expected to enjoy a bra store so much. First of all, it's just such an pleasant store to be in. The decoration and organization is great. Plus everyone is so friendly and helpful. My bra fitter was super helpful and I have never found so many bras that fit me so well and are so comfortable. I always struggle to find any that fit me at all in stores like VS, LA senza, etc. Especially for supportive sports bras, it feels like I can never find anything. I left with a sports bra and regular lined bra that I'm super happy with, plus a few that I'm keeping in the back of my mind for later. It is definitely a more pricey store, but worth it in my opinion and they have a decent selection of clearance items. Definitely recommend!
Excellent service! I had Marla help me with my fitting and I never knew bras could fit so well. Marla was super excited educated in different types of bras and she listened to what my needs were regarding what I was looking for. Don’t hesitate! Go and try on some well fitted bras and your life will change for the better
I came from the far south of Calgary to give BraTopia a try. I am very hard to fit and have been to other specialty stores for bras. When I came here Marla was so professional and knowledgeable. I have never had such an amazing experience and left a store with bras that fit so well and were so comfortable. I would not go anywhere else now. So worth the trip. That and the ladies knowledge of their toys was top notch and they made me feel so comfortable.
I took my 16 yr old daughter recently, sorry but I can't remember the young ladies name that helped us, she had cheek piercings We had an awesome experience. This young lady brought my daughter a great selection, not only in bras but in prices. My daughter felt comfortable and we left with 4 new bras. Thank you to all the ladies that work there, always a great experience.
As any woman knows, shopping for bras is one of our least favorite activities and it is nearly impossible to judge how they will fit based on a picture on the internet. So when you find a bra store that has great variety and knowledgeable staff, it is a win all around! The service here was great, the fitting was perfect, and the products are attractive and flattering - I highly recommend!
I had a wonderful experience at BraTopia. It is so hard to find well-fitting bras at bigger sizes, and the lady who assisted made sure every item I purchased fit extremely well. I always appreciate when salespeople are honest about what they are selling enough to suggest not buying an item because it wouldn't be the best choice for me, and that is what she did. It wasn't about up-selling and making money, it was about making sure I was happy and got what I wanted/needed. Know that the prices are high, but it's for high quality, well-fitting undergarments that should last a long time if cared for properly. I recommend BraTopia for anyone looking for a quality bra and can put in the time for sizing and trying on items until it's right and money to get it. Will come back!
I spent an hour bra shopping today and had such an amazing experience! Not an easy thing for this gal! From the moment I walked in it was a great experience! Kim at the front desk checked me in, she was so friendly and made sure I wasn't nervous at all about what can usually be a frustrating or depressing shopping task. She had me booked with Lorene, who is absolutely amazing. She is so sweet and lovely. I will see her every time I am in there! She sized me quickly and professionally and had SO many options of bras for me to try. Not only was she very attentive, but she made me feel like I was shopping with a BFF! It was so fun and easy! Kim and a few other ladies from the floor were also available for opinions and advice and an all around confidence boost! I can't recommend these ladies enough! Call Kim, book with Lorene! You won't be disappointed!!
We just casually stopped by with my wife after weekend brunch. The staff was very helpful to find the right size and styles we both love. Jenna was helping us on the successful journey to a new lingerie set!/. Thank you!
I took a client to BraTopia today to find one bra but we happily walked away with two beautiful bras for my elderly client. Marla was the sweetest gal ever and was patient and caring with Darlene which was very appreciated. The ambiance in the store is incredible and all of the people were so helpful that I found a few things for myself as well.
