Fantastic shopping for any who wants quality clothing. Classic cuts, excellent fabrics, and stylish trends for dressing up, for work and for play. Staff were friendly and helpful without hovering. I spent more than I'd planned but not nearly what I wish I could have spent. I left some perfect pieces that I'll have to go back to get. I wish this retail store was located in Ontario. Thank goodness they are online too.

I had an excellent shopping experience. When it became clear that I was looking for a number of items, the staff brought me a rack to hang my choices. I was allowed to roam free in the spacious but well-stocked store. The quality of the fashion lines is fabulous and there truly is a full range of choice. When ready to try things on, the changeroom was well sized. Staff continued to check in and located items for me in other stores. Checkout was a breeze. Well done!

I’m astounded that this store only has a 3.6 rating. I have shopped here for years and never pay full price for anything. Clothes are the best quality and offer fashion rather than a unflattering styles that most plus-size stores offer. I am always asked if ai need help but not in an annoying way. I also don’t spend nearly as much money as most people do and they still remember me each visit. Staff deserve a 5-star rating and the store deserves a 5-star rating.

Nice quality clothing, however expect to pay top dollar. I was unimpressed with the service. Not everyone wants a sales person following you around the store while you browse. They should hire sales people that recognize this.

Beautiful, clean, well organized shop that carries a variety of brands including high end names such as Eileen Fisher, Grizas, Alembika as well as quality casual, mid range brands such as Columbia, Dex, Karen Kane and Simpli. The change rooms are a generous size with flattering lighting and a 3 way mirror near by. I have been shoping at Fashion Addition for years and will continue to do so as I have always received exceptional, personal service. The women who work at this store are familiar with my taste in terms of style and colours and often go out of their way to call me when somthing they know i will love comes into store as well as when my favorite brands go on sale. The level of care and service is offered by the staff at Fashion Addition is unprecedented and is something they should all be proud of. Thank you all of your assistance in building my wardrobe.

Store very nice but pricey even for a specialty store. The one thing that REALLY bothered me was at check out I didn't want to share my personal information and I was then told that the article that I bought was non returnable! The article was new fall stock. Only when I asked for an explanation was I told that they needed a name in the system for me to be able to return the article. News to me from any retail outlet! Name is usually given at the time of return. Not even sure if they can do that! Anyway I will not be returning as long as my personal information is held hostage in their return policy. Found article $15.00 cheaper at Marks!

I have been a customer at this location for about ten years. I buy a substantial amount of product each year. I am happy with the products available, but the last time I was checking out and, yet again, the staff member asked for my name, I was so disappointed that neither the staff nor the manager, whom I have called by name for over 5 years, had any inclination to remember my name, I wished that I had other alternatives to buy plus sized clothing. I am stuck with shopping here for the product, but certainly not for the personal service!!

Great things and the ladies here treat you so good. They call when there are sales. They know my name and remember things about me. My husband goes for a gift and they remember things I liked and looked at. Just really good service and people.

I walked in looking for a gift for my sister. I asked if they had socks, but they told me there wasn't any, but a store close to them did. I told them I would look around to see if there's anything else I could get. I walked for 10 seconds before the manager stepped right in front of me, asked if there's anything in particular I was looking for, and I told her I was just looking if to see if there's anything else I could get. She said "no. Is there anything I could help you find?" Really? "No"? I'm not aloud to look around? I told her if she doesn't want me here, I could just leave. She didn't stop me. I guess being a 19 year old male wearing a large winter jacket qualifies me as a theif.

Worst service ever. Went in with my wife to help find a dress for our sons wedding. Was left feeling as an inconvenience to the staff as they were more concerned with customers who weren’t even there. Will not return there again. Covid or not that is not the type of customer service to keep customers coming back.
