the people working there are amazing. they are so helpful always asking if they can help you. they go above and beyond every time i go shopping there. i asked if they can pick out stuff to rip up and they do so with a smile. they do try and talk me out of it lol. but it just keeps me coming back to buy more. the stuff it real durable sometimes i have trouble ripping it and have to start with a cut b4 it will rip.

I had such an amazing experience at this store last week. I went in needing to replace all the bras I have or had and hadn’t been comfortable in anything for a while. I got sized properly and both Vanessa and Dareyel were extremely helpful and friendly! I had lots of great options and went home very happy! Thank you so much

Bad customer service, and small range of products. Stores is almost always in bad condition, poorly merchandised. We have been in different locations in Europe, and even during the big sales there was not such a mess - as here on a normal day. It's a shame for such a large chain of stores. And ordering online is a bad option because they don't even have a warehouse in Canada. Which means that the package delivery will take a very long time, if it arrives at all we've had such experience too.

My daughter and I went in to find my daughter a new bras which is always a battle - as we women know. Maryflor helped us out and she was simply amazing. She must have brought us 20 bras and helped us with the perfect fit. My daughter left there happy and confident. Thank you so much Maryflor for your patience and all of your help.

Bought something as a gift and it doesn't even come in a box just a bag. Seems cheap imo and I expected better from this brand

Mckenna and Quinn were hands down the kindest, and loveliest people. I struggle to find bras my size for a good price. They were so easy to talk to, super helping and very supportive. The last bra I bought cost me $120 for one. I left with 2 for $100. Quinn had no issue with grabbing me as many bras as I needed, and gave really good advice that I didn’t even know I needed. Mckenna was so kind and pointed me in the right direction size wise. I couldn’t have left happier. Thank you both so much and I will definitely be back again:3

Standard VS items, clean store. Walked around aimlessly for 10 minutes and hovered by the 2 girls working, trying to make eye contact to ask for help. Was ignored. They were too focused on their conversation that had no breaks and would make me feel rude to interrupt. I honestly was not impressed. Do better please.

Buyer beware - do NOT make ONLINE orders from Victoria's Secret. You cannot exchange nor return items in-store. If a product is the wrong size or is defective, you have to ship it back AT YOUR OWN COST. I had to return a defective product recently and it cost me $18 in shipping plus $6 fuel surcharge with Canada Post, from Alberta to Ontario. I called customer service and they were pleasant and gave me a $20 gift card for the hassle, but I will never order online again. Nothing against this location in particular. Just a heads up to shop in store only.

Sydney was lovely!! She was very energetic when helping us grind all of the bras we needed. Definitely ask her if you are confused on a what style or size would suit you.
