I never expected to enjoy a bra store so much. First of all, it's just such an pleasant store to be in. The decoration and organization is great. Plus everyone is so friendly and helpful. My bra fitter was super helpful and I have never found so many bras that fit me so well and are so comfortable. I always struggle to find any that fit me at all in stores like VS, LA senza, etc. Especially for supportive sports bras, it feels like I can never find anything. I left with a sports bra and regular lined bra that I'm super happy with, plus a few that I'm keeping in the back of my mind for later. It is definitely a more pricey store, but worth it in my opinion and they have a decent selection of clearance items. Definitely recommend!
Excellent service! I had Marla help me with my fitting and I never knew bras could fit so well. Marla was super excited educated in different types of bras and she listened to what my needs were regarding what I was looking for. Don’t hesitate! Go and try on some well fitted bras and your life will change for the better
I took my 16 yr old daughter recently, sorry but I can't remember the young ladies name that helped us, she had cheek piercings We had an awesome experience. This young lady brought my daughter a great selection, not only in bras but in prices. My daughter felt comfortable and we left with 4 new bras. Thank you to all the ladies that work there, always a great experience.
Absolutely wonderful experience today with Laureen @ bratopia!! They were able to fit us in within an hour of making an appointment. We went for 2 bras and left with 4!!! Laureen was friendly, kind and skilled at assessing styles and sizes. Who buys 4 bras that fit perfectly in under an hour? WE DID!! Thank you Laureen for making our day
I had a wonderful experience at BraTopia. It is so hard to find well-fitting bras at bigger sizes, and the lady who assisted made sure every item I purchased fit extremely well. I always appreciate when salespeople are honest about what they are selling enough to suggest not buying an item because it wouldn't be the best choice for me, and that is what she did. It wasn't about up-selling and making money, it was about making sure I was happy and got what I wanted/needed. Know that the prices are high, but it's for high quality, well-fitting undergarments that should last a long time if cared for properly. I recommend BraTopia for anyone looking for a quality bra and can put in the time for sizing and trying on items until it's right and money to get it. Will come back!
walked in not really sure what to expect and was completely blown away by the customer service. from the minute i walked in the staff was welcoming and very helpful. my fitter who’s name i wish i could remember but she had red hair was friendly and polite and she helped me find exactly what i was looking for. highly recommend.
I spent an hour bra shopping today and had such an amazing experience! Not an easy thing for this gal! From the moment I walked in it was a great experience! Kim at the front desk checked me in, she was so friendly and made sure I wasn't nervous at all about what can usually be a frustrating or depressing shopping task. She had me booked with Lorene, who is absolutely amazing. She is so sweet and lovely. I will see her every time I am in there! She sized me quickly and professionally and had SO many options of bras for me to try. Not only was she very attentive, but she made me feel like I was shopping with a BFF! It was so fun and easy! Kim and a few other ladies from the floor were also available for opinions and advice and an all around confidence boost! I can't recommend these ladies enough! Call Kim, book with Lorene! You won't be disappointed!!
Amazing service and selection. The fittings are awesome. If you don't want to get fit there's, their website gives a guide to do at home. So comfortable, and I'm excited for my new bra!!!!! It's beautiful!
Truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Two weeks ago I bought a very expensive set to wear for my sisters wedding, when I took the bra off at the end of the night, it was completely pilled. I was so disappointed as I really did love that set and bought very specific lingerie soap to take care of it for years to come, but instead I wore it once and it was totalled. I went in today to try and get a refund or a store credit and the manager was truly awful. She was condescending, and pretentious. Basically telling me that I was lying about what happened to the bra and that there was nothing they would do. If I didn’t stand my ground that would have been the end of it and I would go back home with a ruined $110 bra. However the way you spoke to me I knew I couldn’t let that happen. To the staff - I really feel for you. Your manager needs a new line of work. The ego and power trip she uses on customers is shocking. You sell bras - stop taking yourself so serious and be a kinder person and employer. You should be backing your product - there was no ounce of apology made - nothing. I will never be returning.
This was my first experience at BraTopia, I needed a wireless sports Bra and was having a hard time finding my size. My consultant Lorene was exceptional with choosing the bras that would be flattering, without any judgment. I felt very comfortable within the environment. I highly recommend BraTopia and especially Lorene she's excellent, thank you so very much. Rosa
