Clean quiet. Had a nice restful stay here. Pool and hot tub is open 24 hours which was awesome! Hot tub could have been a touch warmer but still nice. Free breakfast had waffle maker, eggs, sausage, potatoes, fruit, bagels, muffins, cereal, juice, tea, and coffee.
Great location next to the Snake River trail and Hwy 93. The hotel was sparkling clean with seasonal fall decor in the lobby. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. The staff was super helpful. Shout out to Sam, the manager on duty when we checked out. He quickly resolved an issue with our on line reservation. We will definitely stay here again.
The hotel is well kept and looks beautiful both inside and outside. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We used the Hot Tub and it was wonderful, the pool looked amazing, but we didn't use it. They have a weight room, again, didn't take advantage of it as this was just an overnight stop over. Their Breakfast is AWESOME!! loved the variety of food available including eggs and meat, good coffee bar as well. I recommend this place and would stay again. Easy on/off to freeway and a couple of tourist sights as well.
Shirley checked us in and was so helpful in getting our dates correct.nThis was the all-time best breakfast buffet. It was set up so efficiently. People were not running into each other. No one was standing in the middle and going in circles because they couldn’t find what they were looking for. All hotels need to set up this way. Rooms were beautiful, dog areas were convent and service was great
We chose this hotel because of its good reviews. Were we ever surprised. We were originally in Room 227. Noticed a cold spot on the bed. There was fresh pee on the mattress. Moved to Room 315. Pulled back the sheets and there were pee spots on the mattress. Talked to the clerk on duty, and she claimed every room was dog friendly. Would be nice if there was a place to post pictures. Be forewarned....check your mattress.nnUpdate: Thank you for explaining that you're pet friendly; just not human friendly. Perhaps your website should be updated to reflect this.
