Hampton Inn Twin Falls

Be careful here. They 'bait and switch' their prices. They quote $84 on this site and $86 in a coupon book, but when you get there they say that price is only for later in the day and only if they have more than 25 rooms available and that you should check in now. It of course costs $101 to check in now (3:50 pm). I am a loyal Hampton Inn traveler and this is the first time and place this has happened to me. So be careful!!

I stay(ed) there on business once a month. This last trip the room was really dusty and the windows were dirty. The AC was barely working. I asked to be moved and they said they were booked. I pulled the AC filters iut. They were completely masked by half inch of dost. I washed them and the AC worked. The front desk said they would tell housekeeping. The next evening, when I returned,, the Dutch was the same and the windows were dirty.

The room was comfortable and spacious. There were a good range of TV channels as well as excellent gym facilities. The staff were also friendly and very helpful. However, my stay was let down somewhat by loud air conditioning and a poor breakfast selection.

Clean hotel in a great location, close to downtown. But for the price I expected a lot more. For $179 a night, basic room with two queens, I expect a better breakfast and much nicer exercise facilities. This really want worth the price.

Excellent, clean, well maintained, quiet hotel. Nice complementary breakfast.
