La Maison Simons

I’ve purchased several items in the past. Last week I saw shoes that I liked but I wasn’t sure. I came this week and they weren’t on the shelf. Colin was helping me to find the model and to see what he could do. He took his time to make sure that it’s gone. Then he check the sizes. Literally tried everything he could do. This store is all about customer service and this is why I love it. They have unique stuff.

Don’t know much about Simons clothing quality but prices were good. It was a bit confusing to navigate and determine where certain clothing were. There are two floors altogether and tons of choices. We got two t-shirts. Unfortunately it took a while for us to pay for our shirts as there was only 1 person at the checkout counter. The girl was really nice to come around with our paper bag after we paid and were ready to go.

Simons offers an excellent shopping experience with friendly and helpful staff. Prices are exceptional, and the second floor features an impressive selection of men's clothing. My only suggestion is to include traditional bow ties that require tying, as they add a touch of classic style and sophistication. Overall, it's a fantastic store for clothing.

I’ve been a customer at Simons since they opened, and I’ve always found the staff to be helpful. However, Max truly stood out. He was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist me. His service was exceptional and made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.
