The sales associates are nice, but they're too busy trying to sell to people in-store (partially because I assume there's an immense pressure to sell stuff to keep their jobs) that they never answer the phone. Ever. I've tried calling four times in the past, and once today, and hardly ever received an answer. One of the times I did reach someone, I was put on hold for fifteen minutes so they could find the answer to a simple question; one they could simply check their orders for, and never gotten back to. They need to change their sales model ASAP if they want to keep this longtime customer.

I generally like to shop at this store but today I was completely put off. And quite frankly embarrassed of the fact that I was asked to place my very small Kate Spade purse in a drawer and handed a key....as I tried on 3 items......despite the fact that security tags were attached. This is a very tacky and embarrassing practice used by this store. I will never shop at this particular location again. Add to that, the service is poor. One star is too generous. You've lost my business and I will tell my friends. Tacky!!!
