I was just at wonderland an affiliate to toys r us and they cannot accommodate the shipping or even ordering items for you. Huge disappointment. Had to go toy favourite toys are us in Coquitlam.

Bunch of lazy people, "we are not going to search the back full of pallets for one box for you" that's epic customer service for you. Went there yesterday and they said they will have it the next day. No manager on site. 2 trips for nothing but bunch of lazy people.

Came here to buy a quick present at lunch time. Small store with very little selection but the nice thing is that they wrap the presents for you free of charge with purchase!

Fairly good selection of kids toys. Lots of Lego, Playmobil, some "educational" toys like robotics kits. They carry some pretty standard toy store items like dolls and current trendy toys. It's really just a small Toys R Us where the staff wear lab coats, don't go expecting all sorts of great science or other learning toys (no more than an average toy store.) The staff are typically very friendly and they occasionally have Lego building events as well.
