The customer service at La Madison D'Or is amazing! My boyfriend bought me my engagement ring here in August 2017. It was stunning but needed to be sized. We called and they said to bring it in the next day and they would size it same day so I could wear it and show everyone. When we got in the next day, Kristen who had been the one to sell my fiancé my ring was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately because my finger size was so small, my ring needed to be specially made. Kirsten assured me that it would be done within 2 weeks and shipped to me worry free and without charge (I live out in Alberta). Within a week they got it back, made sure it was perfectly done, and called me letting me know they were express shipping it out. Within a couple days I received it and it was just as stunning as when I first saw it. Kristen called to make sure I had received it and that it fit properly. I am so happy that I have La Maison D'Or to go to for my engagement ring as I know they are a reliable and friendly staff. If you're looking for a place to buy something beautiful and of excellent quality I highly recommend La Maison D'Or!

In my experience with Maison D'Or shopping for my wife's engagement ring I was dealing with sales representative Kristen Janes. She was AMAZING the entire time. I knew nothing about rings or jewellry and was immensely helped out through the whole process. Kristen was extremely professional and very helpful. Did not push me to buy anything I was not already prepared to do, and as a customer I really appreciate that. Kept up great communication the entire time and was always a joy to work with. This extended to a very small problem when I ordered my wife's wedding band but everything was fixed right away. I definitely intend to come back and continue to shop at Maison D'or in the future and am recommending the store to everyone.

I had an amazing experience with La Maison D'Or. I dealt with Jessica over the course of a few months, and she was patient and knowledgeable, and worked with me and my budget to pick the right diamond for my wife's engagement ring (ring in the middle). My wife receives compliments all the time on her engagement ring. After our engagement we went back to La Maison D'Or for our wedding bands, and once again we had a fantastic experience. Jessica worked with me to create a ring I would love, and she helped me in designing a ring with customized elvish script for our (wife and I) mutual love of Lord of the Rings. Jessica advised me on the type of finishing, etc. and the ring came out even better than I had ever hoped (ring on left). My wife also found a wedding band she loved (ring on right) for a fantastic price. If you're looking for a jewelry store where the staff are patient, are not pushy, and willing to work with you to meet your budget, I would recommend La Maison D'Or.
