Went in yesterday to buy my mother a gift for Mother's Day, had a young girl named Stevani help us out she was great and made me feel very welcomed. I always go in to this location but never get this great of a service Stevani was great and I will definitely go in again and ask for her to help me out. Walked out with a $500 purchase never felt so satisfied with customer service. Great job Stevani, My Mother loved all her gifts. Thank you for all your help keep it up.

I was question about the authenticity of the necklace(chain) I was wanting to have repaired. Told it was too old and they could not fix it and to take it someplace else. Will not make anymore purchases at this location.

Every single time we visit this store we are ignored. Twice we have walked out and went to the Bayshore store where we received excellent service. We will not be visiting this store again.
