Have been coming into this business for a few years now, and have never experienced any issues until my last two watch repair visits. To the point... the owner showed me through his actions/attitude that he no longer needed my business. I hear you and I will never spent another cent in your shore.
Absolutely outstanding service by Gamal at Vantage Jewellers today! I have a Michael Kors watch with a white acrylic band and I could not replace the battery as one of the screws was seized. I went to another reputable jeweller who said he could not touch it and others recommended that I buy a new watch. Even Michael Kors wanted me to ship the watch out west and it would then be sent to California and they still couldn't guarantee that they could fix it. I then remembered Vantage Jewellers right here in Orleans who had previously fixed my son's Fosssil watch. I went in today and although Gamal was not able to remove the screw, he was able to pry the back open enough to remove the old battery and insert a new one. He surely made my day and I am so grateful!
The gentleman who own this shop is so sweet polite and very professional. When I need repairs done to my jewelry this is the place I go. I highly recommend this establishment.
I love this little shop and Gamal is a very experienced person to fix watches and jewellery. If he can't fix it, he won't tamper with it.
Nice selection of watches and clocks. The owner is a friendly man who knows how to repair watches and clocks of various kinds. When I purchased my watch here, he was willing to resize it to fit my wrist. Highly recommend!

I have had two rolex watches serviced through vantage and his prices were well below all other servicing jewellers. The end results were amazing. If you are a loyal customer,, repeat or sporatic customer and not looking to get charged crazy prices, this is the jeweller for you. People expect one day service, if you want it done right, sit back be patient and know you are in good hands. Great guy. Honest.
