If they had zero star I would give it to them. All the staff is doing is talking and eating with other staff they have no good customer service skills and is not kid friendly at all there's a guy name Austin and let me tell you what an ass he is, all he do is just check if there is any balance due and he will tell you to pay it otherwise he won't let you workout I cancelled my membership and went to planet fitness. Not recommended at all highly avoid this place if you can!!!

They have a lot of equipment and it's fairly well cleaned up. Would recommend shower shoes and ear buds for when your working out. Trainers are always asking to give you a free session which I understand is their job but it's frustrating when they ask every time your there and they know you've turned them down 50 times before (not even joking). On top of that some of the trainers have bad form with clients from watching them as I'm certified personal trainer myself. I noticed they had a lot of clients locking their knees and doing completely wrong form for certain exercises among other things. Lastly, it's also really awkward when 3 of the guys up there keep hitting on you it almost makes me not want to come back but I'm paying for this gym and it's the closest one to me currently so ear buds + volume control here I come.

It has been well over a week that the sauna or tanning beds have not worked. Recently the cleanliness of the gym has gone downhill very quickly. Weights and equipment left all over the place. Not sure why I'm still being charged $30/month JUST FOR TANNING when they are regularly broken. Remodeling sign has been up for months yet not a single improvement in the gym, staffs attentiveness to members or cleanliness has occurred. 10/10 times you can find any and all staff members sitting down on their phones or just sitting and talking like it's a hangout spot instead of their work place. Definitely plan on waiting around to buy something/ check in to try and tan until their conversations are finished and they realize you are waiting for service. When I asked where a specific flavor of pre workout has been because there weren't any out for weeks and I really dislike the ones available I was told they "have a lot of them on hand" but they are "hoarding them in the back until these flavors are gone." So now I just know to spend my money on them elsewhere since they don't seem to want to sell the ones they have.

They are in the middle of a remodel. Broken machines abound. Always crowded between 8 and 10 AM

Pretty good place to get a work out in. Has everything you need, but some could find it a little bit cramped.
