Clinique Dentaire La Cité

I went to this clinic once, my first and last. I could not find a zero-star option, so I gave one star to the quality of my experience at Clinique Dentaire La Cite. For Canadian dentistry standards this clinic ranks well below average. Clinic looks nicely renovated, but don't be fooled by bells and whistles. Dental service is careless and unprofessional. In my opinion, they hide their incompetence behind fake smiles, arrogant attitudes and newly painted walls. As per the 5-star reviews below, I'm skeptical of their legitimacy. Are the 5-star reviews written by the Clinic's buddies and employees??

I had a very bad experience with dental cleaning. Soon after I left the clinic, my uvula swollen and became a so long that it touched my upper tongue. It was so irritating, and hurt when I swallow anything. I returned the clinic to see the doctor, they took a look and said it was no big deal. They told me to just go home and gargle with salt water. That problem didn't become any better for a whole week! It must have been caused by something they used or virus! I won't go to this clinic again. So irresponsible and unprofessional!

Good location as so close to downtown. Great service in both French and English. And not to forget an amazing view.

Dre Elise is the best dentist I've ever had, the only one that can properly numb me properly so I don't feel a thing. She's very gentle and explains everything she does.
