Clinique Dentaire Westmount-NDG

First time there, cleaning was good. Inquired about teeth whitener, was sold 1 needle for 70$ which looked like it was simply taken out of its original package which came in a set of 4. It was nice to learn that they are worth 30$ for all 4...only to call back and be told too bad we gave you the price before and you agreed to buy it. No refund, bull doesnt even day what it was they sold me just dental treatment. Hmmm give a partial reimbursement or make a one time 60$ profit and lose a potential client for life with dental insurance ... Yeah I guess that makes sense.

I have a paralyzing fear of the dentist. I was pretty certain I needed a root canal and through research found this clinique. Thus far, my experience has been wonderful. All of the team working was kind and understanding, a stark contrast to my traumatic dental experience. I have only had a cleaning. I haven’t had the root canal yet, I will update this once I do.

Root canal wizard! Trust in him and be at ease. He knows what he is doing. Excellent staff too. Thank you Dr. Pizam for making a scary procedure such a pleasant experience!

Best dental experience and the staff is very friendly (especially Juan who explained everything to me very clearly). Great customer service. They even called back to see how I was doing!

I went to see Dr. Pizem after moving to the area and waa greeted by very friendly staff. My hygienist on the first visit was very friendly and patient, and I appreciated that she took the time to answer all my questions. I also greatly appreciated that Dr. Pizem took the time to answer my questions after my second appointment. Feel much better and reassured about my choice of new dentist.
