The hygienist and Dr. Cohen provide an amazing service! Very attentive to detail, never pressured for time, do a very thorough painless job. Only giving it 4 stars due to mildly unpleasant interactions with Dr. Naman. Although she did a good job with removing my wisdom teeth, she was too quick to act, did not numb my gums before injecting the anesthetic (that HURT), did not confirm (or bother explaining) my prescriptions with me and following a miscommunication I ended up with a dry socket. My husband had the same exact experience as me 6 months later. Very unfortunate.

How can you trust the service you are receiving if the bare minimum as being honest and charging the right amount does not happen?

My first time at the clinic. Really amazing service from top to bottom. Area was clean, staff was very friendly and the Dentist was very professional and took the time to explain everything. Will definitely be using them again.

My 17 years old daughter had 4 wisdom teeth removed. Dr Myrna Neman did an amazing job! It was all very quick, painless and with no inflammation at all the following day ! She took her time to explain to my daughter and me the whole procedure and the best way to do it! On the top of that, she has a very nice personality which certainly helped my daughter overcome the fear! The girls at the reception and the hygienist were also great! One recommendation for the girls at the reception: Girls, if there is a free parking as I read in some comments, you should mention it at the time we book an appointment! It'd help. You almost lost me as a customer before I even booked because I was hesitating between you ( knowing that the parking would be a nightmare) and one clinic in NDG where parking was available. I'm glad i made a good decision but someone maybe will not. Just a little suggestion, no hard feelings. 😊
